β β β β β Great staff and lovely office! I go to Uptown Dental regularly for my cleaning and check-ups. The dentist and assistants are attentive and care about your dental hygiene and health. The office is beautifully decorated with a TV, fireplace, coffee machine and video games for little kids. The dentist chair also has a massage option and TV as well. The front office also runs well and takes care of all the paper work regarding coverage with my insurance company and accommodates with future bookings.
Keep up the excellent work! See you guys soon!

β β β β β I had a great experience with all the staff especially the hygienist who was doing my cleaning. The atmosphere felt very comfortable and being able to watch Netflix during my visit made it a solid 10/10! Highly recommend if you're looking for a new dentist :)

Referred to Dr. Chen from good recommendations but have been dealing with Dr. Botelho for years and is very personable, knowledgeable and provides honest, thorough and complete dental care. Support staff efficient at their roles. Exceptional experiences with Kevin, dental hygienist.

β β β β β Amazing experience. Called them and had appointment the second day. As I donβt have dental insurance I called a lot of clinics and this one had the best customer service.. Doctor was amazing helped me with my problem. All the stuff in the office was great and it is a nice and clean place. Thank you so much

β β β β β Eventhough i now live in Hamilton, i still chose to stay in Uptown Dental. They have the best service (at least in my experience) and all the staff are the sweetest. Dr. Botelho took care of me since the beginning and made sure everything was looking perfect. They are very accomodating as well when i had emergency on my retainer. I highly recommend you pay them a visit.
