β β β β β Terrible terrible terrible. Go elsewhere. My first appointment we waited an hour past our appt time, fine. Our second appointment was the first spot at 9:30am. No one was there. I have a toddler and was raining. Got a call at 9:40 saying the doctor was on his way and would be there is 15 minutes. An hour later still no one.Brutal.

β β β β β Very happy with the appointment. Doctor Adam took the time to explain any question I had regarding the vaccines I came for and was very attentive and friendly all the time..I highly recommend this Travel Clinic.

β β β β β I've been here twice for Peru and now Tanzania. Dr. Abbas is very professional and informed and he has gone above and beyond to help me ensure I'm only getting the vaccines and medications I need. Further, is available for contact when we are away by email. When comparing the experience I got with my family's experience (when they went to other clinics) this clinic had the vaccines we needed that others did not (yellow fever) and my pescriptions were much more comprehensive. Pharmacy staff were great and educated me well on what I needed to do. We will be back :)

β β β β β We came for two sets of vaccinations for us and our children. Our experience was two fold: for adults, the appointments went well and were fine. For our children however, it was not great. We explained our girls were extremely frightened of needles. There was NO care or consideration given to them or their fears. No patience except that the doctor came in the room, tried then left again offering a few more minutes (since he had more people to attend to). Every time he came in the room, he would get the needle, stand in front of us (like he was ready to pounce the first moment their shoulders were exposed enough) AND would be holding the needle in front of him. If you have a child screaming from fear of needles, why would you hold it in front of them? Not once did the doctor address our kids. NOTHING. I would NEVER bring a child here again - zero compassion from the physician :( The front staff were quite nice however.

β β β β β In this clinic I only dealt with Dr. Adam Abbas he is so professional I was wanting to do fillers to enhance the area under my eyes but he educated me about Morpheus8 and helped me to understand the difference. he gave me very honest advise. He is very professional and responses to my emails and concerns in a very good timely manner. I was very anxious but he made the procedures very simple and smooth.

β β β β β Dr Adam is great, he's thorough and I never have to wait a week or two for an appointment like my last doctor. Mainly, I trust him and feel like you can speak to him as a friend which makes appointments much less stressful.
