L	Lucía S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered online ahead of time but somehow the order didn't make it, so had to wait outside. Other than that the soft serve and chocolate were fantastic. Got a few bars, the dulce de leche and the cotton candy ones and they are good yet super sweet. The cotton candy cake for takeout is good but guaranteed to cause a sugar rush. Will definitely go back for more soft serve covered in chocolate.

The employees didn't even give me any helpful advice when I asked them for recommendations. She was so impatient just waiting for me to leave. The employee that made the ice cream did it so rushed that it was so messy and dripping in my hands, didn't even offer me tissues. When I paid I had made it clear I wanted toppings and there was no toppings on my ice cream, I was given a plain dipped ice cream. I am so upset because I was really looking forward to enjoying dessert with my family and instead I was treated with terrible customer service :(

However, the ice cream cones are VERY VERY LARGE! I thought the baby size would’ve been too small so I got the next size up, “mini size,” and had trouble finishing it. I was sharing this cone with my brother.

Had my wife try it too and we concluded that it was a salted caramel flavor. Called the store to share my experience, but was told that nobody else complained about it. I don't think the girl answering the phone believed me, lol. Good ice cream otherwise. Just double check that the flavor you order is the flavor you get.

I only gave it 4 stars because I don't really like the ice cream. I recognize the effort on all the delicious dipping choices, it's really a matter of preference for me. I'm sure many really enjoy their ice cream.

It's really creamy and tasty; however, I’m not sure what they put in the ice-cream but every time my friends and I had ice-cream here for the past year, within a few hours we’ve either gotten sick or had really bad allergies to it. I’ve obviously had ice cream and chocolate from many other places but Chocolats Favoris seems to be the only one that causes such strange issues.

We stopped by this location to pickup some Easter chocolates, the store is nicely decorated and has plenty of chocolates to choose from. The soft serve ice cream comes with different dips which makes it difficult to pick your choice?. It isn’t cheap but the experience is well worth it!
