The time they made a mistake I was given attitude.

Manager has no customer service skills, needs to learn to communicate without showing aggression.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I wanted to use my Pizza Pizza loyalty card to reduce the price, the manager insisted on me paying first. Afterwards, he refused to give me the discount I was supposed to receive, refused to refund and redo the order, and was uncooperative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered pizza and the delivery guy forgot to bring creamy garlic with him. He said he will come back in 10 minutes and will bring it. I called customer service and they said they dont have any option but they can bring creamy garlic in 10 minutes. But by that time the pizza will not be that warm. The service is very bad and unacceptable. Dont buy pizza from this store. They never check the things before heading to deliver the pizza. I dont know if the owner is aware about this and they dont value customers money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been to this location ample times and it’s always a positive experience. The staff is very friendly, service is quick and pizza is always delicious! The woman at the cash is always great to talk to and it’s definitely one of my favourite lunch spots!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is the worst. This is the second time. First time I asked the guy to put his mask on properly when handling my food. He yelled at me that it’s too hard to wear a mask all day. I explained to him that my wife and I wear masks all day. He laughed at me and implied that we don’t. I called to complain and Pizza Pizza refunded me (which I didn’t care for because it was $13). A year later we decided to give it another chance. The picture you see here is from yesterday December 19, 2021. What a joke. Notice the other person in the back with NO MASK. I called Pizza Pizza and they refunded me. Again, that’s not the point. Food went into the garbage and we had to scramble to find something else for the family for dinner. What did Pizza Pizza do for my inconvenience?? NOTHING. They don’t care. They will have a talk with him. This guy is rude and inconsiderate. You can see from all the reviews. Good thing there’s a Pizza Nova across the street.
UPDATE- the reply below from Pizza Pizza. When I asked for them to make it right they said they couldn't do anything for me. So, Pizza Pizza, stop making false promises.
