★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never write reviews but this place was too bad not to. I went there with my mom and we both didn't even eat half of our plates, it didn't taste good at all. They didn't give us utensils or napkins and the place looks really bad. It took a long time to receive our plates for cold grilled cheese. Bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hot chocolate is amazing. We had 2 flavours (spiced and regular with whipped cream) and loved both. The chocolate candies were smooth and delicious. Must visit on a winter day in Baie Saint Paul!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom asked for a certain number of chocolates, and the girl repeated the order back. Leaving the store, good thing she checked, because the order was all wrong. Half the chocolates were missing. We had to go back, pay again...
When we actually tasted the chocolates, neither one of us was impressed. They are a waxy texture. The strawberry one barely had any taste. The coffee ones were a little better.
Looks like a nice place for crepes, or sorbet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this place is a def NO NO NO! read about it in the magazine aboard the Charveloix train and they have over hyped it. It was so dead and gloomy when we entered. The server spoke no english which was fine but we kept mentioning petite (price was $3 something for a cone) and he gave us a single scoop for $6 for maple gelato and it wasnt even good. So disappointed!! def not going back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, first walked in, the display case was atrocious (that was the red flag but we continued anyway, reminds me of my past relationships), my friend and I ordered the “grilled cheese” sandwiches (#5 and 6) : cheese was not melted, bread was not toasted. Felt very sloppily put together. The service wasnt great either… the total was like 40$ for these alone. For just 2 sandwiches, no drinks or sides!
My friend is starting to feel sick.
I cant speak to their ice cream or chocolate stuff, but if their sandwiches are any indication of their food quality, it was pretty bad.
I would stay away from this place with a ten foot pole until they start to increase the food quality, especially for the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really enjoyed the sandwiches. Visited the location after finding out all restaurant locations in the area had significant wait times. The smoked salmon grilled cheese was a standout. The regular grilled cheese was excellent as well. Not surprisingly, the kids loved the ice cream. They have a nice deck area to accommodate guests outdoors as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped for crêpes and coffee. Disappointed to see that they used to many single-use products. Crêpes were good but i would have hoped for more strawberries given the price and maybe an extra whipped cream touch. Cappuccino was not worth it. They have very few tables - most clients have to eat standing at a counter, which is barely large enough to hold the crepe plate. Bottom line: it was ok but there is room for improvement.
