They go way above and beyond for you, they make sure you are fully satisfied with what you are purchasing and communication was fantastic! They reply really fast to you and show you their work every step of the way. I am beyond grateful that i came across them and will be referring so many people! Also, you get more than what you pay for, which is suuuuper kind of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far we’ve experienced excellent customer service from Mr.Chocolate. Fast communications and replies, a variety of options when it came to choosing our chocolate wrappers. Delivery of our chocolates (across the city) were readily available. The best price amongst all the other personalized chocolate vendors I’ve come across. I’m beyond content with my choice to get our party favours from here.

UPDATE: Owner reached out to me and offered me compensation for my experience. Declined the offer, however I appreciate the hustle and dedication. Changing to 4 stars due to customer service.

They took time to discuss the designs with me throughout the process. I highly recommend them for your happy moments to be more happy. I wish I knew them earlier but it is never late :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered chocolate for Eid. The presentation was good and the packaging was high quality. The chocolate was average and for the cost I expected something of a higher quality. Overall good experience, the owner was able to serve us well. I would not order again though just because of the cost.
UPDATE: Owner reached out to us to offer compensation. We declined but we appreciated the thoughtfulness. +1 star for customer service!
