★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ça fait 10 ans que ma cheminée ne tire pas bien et qu'il y a de la fumée chaque fois que j'ouvre la porte pour mettre une bûche. Suite à leurs conseils et notre accord aux modifications, les travaux ont été fait avec le sourire et sans dégats. On peux maintenant laisser la porte ouverte du poêle pour se faire des toasts sur la braise. Un gros merci aux talents et compétences de leurs employés.
 My chimney has not drawn well for 10 years and there is smoke every time I open the door to put a log. Following their advice and our agreement to the modifications, the work was done with a smile and without damage. We can now leave the door of the stove open to make toast on the coals. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai contacté Cheminée Écono la première fois en juin 2020 pour une réparation de revêtement extérieur de ma cheminée suite à de fortes rafales de vent. Ce sont les seuls sur les 4 compagnies contactées qui ont eu la décence de me donner l’heure juste en me disant qu’ils étaient trop surchargés pour me prendre.
Je les ai recontactés au printemps. On m’a fait un estimé et avons pris rendez-vous. Le travail a été bien fait, proprement et rapidement. De plus, la facture indiquait un prix nettement inférieur à l’estimation! Lors du travail ils ont identifié un problème avec le couvert de la cheminée et fait des recommandations pour l’isolation de l’arrière de la cheminée. On m’a remis une soumission en combinant les deux réparations.
Aujourd’hui les travaux ont été complétés, en deçà du temps estimé et cette fois j’ai sauvé près de 500,00$ par rapport à l’estimation. Ça existe encore des gens honnêtes!
Je vous recommande Cheminée Écono sans hésitation.

I contacted Cheminée Écono for the first time in June 2020 for a repair of the exterior cladding of my chimney following strong gusts of wind. They are the only ones out of the 4 companies contacted who had the decency to give me the right time by telling me that they were too overloaded to take me.
I contacted them again in the spring. They gave me an estimate and made an appointment. The job was done well, cleanly and quickly. In addition, the invoice showed a price significantly lower than the estimate! During the work they identified a problem with the chimney cover and made recommendations for the insulation of the back of the chimney. I was given a bid combining the two repairs.
Today the work was completed, under the estimated time and this time I saved almost $ 500.00 over the estimate. There are still honest people!
I recommend Cheminée Écono without hesitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacté à l'été 2021 pour un ramonage en septembre. Le matin même, le rendez-vous a été annulé pour manque de personnel, repoussé fin octobre. Le rendez-vous de fin octobre a été annulé le jour même pour manque de personnel. Il n'y a plus de disponibilité nul part ailleurs rendu à la fin octobre.
Contacted in the summer of 2021 for a sweeping in September. The same morning, the appointment was canceled for lack of personnel, postponed to the end of October. The meeting at the end of October was canceled the same day for lack of staff. There is no more availability anywhere else at the end of October.
