G	G P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ce fut un reel cauchemard. Première rencontre pour rammonage, ils ont sorti un facture de plus de 1000 $, alors que l'année d'avant tout était ok avec une autre compagnie. Ils ont prétexté une réparation sur le dessus de la cheminé et voulaient changer tous les plaques du foyer. Ils ont cédulé 6 rendez-vous pour changer les plaques avant d'avoir les bonnes, parfois ils ne se présentaient même pas. Ils ont oublié les plaques sur le dessus du foyer et les supports sur le côté. Ils ont également laissé la pièce sale après une de leur visite. Après beaucoup d'énergie et une mise en demeure au propriétaire, il a finalement réglé la situation cauchemardesque. It was a real nightmare. First meeting for ramming, they released a bill of more than $ 1000, while the year before everything was ok with another company. They scheduled 6 appointments to change the plates before having the right, sometimes they did not even show up. They forgot the plates on the top of the fireplace and the brackets on the side. They also left the dirty room after one of their visit. After a lot of energy and a formal notice to the owner, he finally settled the nightmarish situation.

Très déçu car je n'avais jamais eu de problèmes avec eux.Mauvais suivi client! After 2 telephone reminders following 2 appointments, the sweeper never came !! No apologies from the company. Very disappointed because I had never had problems with them. Poor customer follow-up!

Travail mal fait, pas de service après vente, la personne au téléphone s’est même permise de crier après ma conjointe ! Terrible service! Never do business with this company! Bad job done, no after-sales service, the person on the phone even allowed himself to yell at my wife!

Par contre, il y a eu une erreur avec la dimension de notre cap de cheminée et à partir de cette erreur, une saga de mauvaises communications. Ils ne tiennent pas le client informé de ce qui se passe avec son dossier, il faut leur courir après (même si on a fait un dépôt et qu'il s'agit d'un contrat payant pour eux!). Et quand on communique avec le gars qui est au bureau, Steve, on n'obtient que des mauvaises informations et des "je te rappelle demain sans faute" sans retour le lendemain. L'erreur est humaine et je suis compréhensive, mais c'est le gros minimum d'informer le client qu'il y a eu une erreur et que ca prendra plus de temps que prévu. Bref, très décevant au niveau du suivi à la clientèle et du service offert par Steve, mais bon service de ramonage et d'installation de cap de cheminée, quand ça finit par être fait ! Mon conseil est d'être à votre affaire en tant que client si vous donnez un mandat à cette entreprise. Autrement, il serait facile de vous faire avoir. The employees doing the job on the ground are very friendly. On the other hand, there was an error with the size of our chimney cap and from this error, a saga of bad communications. They do not keep the client informed of what is happening with his file, they must run after (even if we made a deposit and it is a contract for them!). And when we communicate with the guy in the office, Steve, we get only bad information and "I'll call you tomorrow without fail" without a return the next day. The error is human and I am understanding, but it is the big minimum to inform the client that there has been a mistake and that it will take longer than expected. In short, very disappointing in terms of customer follow-up and the service offered by Steve, but good service chimney sweeping and installation, when it ends up being done! My advice is to be your business as a customer if you give a mandate to this company. Otherwise, it would be easy to make you have.

J'ai demandé une autre entreprise de venir faire une inspection de la cheminée, et de me faire une soumission pour le traitement. Il n'y avait absolument rien, photos à l'appui. I stopped doing business with them in 2015 after the technician tried to sell me hundreds of dollars of treatment for vitreous creosote, which he said was in my chimney. I asked another company to come and inspect the chimney, and make a submission for treatment. There was absolutely nothing, pictures to support.

J'appelle Ramonage plus pour une estimation. On dit qu'il faut que quelqu'un se déplace pour estimer, et qu'ils pourraient ramoner ma cheminée en même temps. Ils me disent le tarif, environ 100$, c'est ok, ma cheminée n'avait pas été ramonée cette année. Deux gars viennent le 15 janvier. Montent sur mon toit, redescendent 5 minutes après. On a regardé votre cheminée madame, pas besoin de la ramoner, et inspecter c 'est le même prix (!). On va vous envoyer l'estimé. On est rendus le 13 janvier. Je n'ai encore reçu d'estimé. J'ai essayé de les joindre, et il faut appeler une dame entre 10h00 et midi (pas nécessairement évident car je travaille). En somme: Ça m'a coûté 100$ pour ne pas ramoner ma cheminée, et pour ne pas voir d'estimé pour la réparation. Je raye cette entreprise de ma liste, c'est clair. My wood stove needs repair. A piece inside came off during the holidays, I can no longer use it. I call Ramonage plus for an estimate. They say someone has to come to estimate, and they could clean my chimney at the same time. They tell me the price, about $100, it's ok, my chimney hadn't been swept this year. Two guys are coming on January 15. Climb on my roof, come down 5 minutes later. We looked at your fireplace ma'am, no need to sweep it, and inspect it's the same price (!). We will send you the estimate. We are back on January 13. I haven't received an estimate yet. I tried to reach them, and you have to call a lady between 10:00 a.m. and noon (not necessarily obvious because I work). In short: It cost me $100 not to sweep my chimney, and not to see an estimate for the repair. I'm crossing this company off my list, that's for sure.
