★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aucun services après vente ,j'ai acheter un poêle au granule piazzetta je me rend compte j'ai pas la manette pour le programmer et que mon thermometre fonctionne pas je retourne au magasin ya pas thermomètre en stock mon poêle fonctionne donc a fond ....et la manettes c'est a part 115$ sur une facture de 5100$ manette a part c'est quoi ça ?? J'ai acheter l'été passer un air climatiser la manette viens avec ça la prend pour programmer le poêle ont n'a dit qu' ont allait ne rappeller belle réponse de debarra personne ma rappeller la prochaine fois je vais aller chez Gamelin
 No after-sales service, I bought a piazzetta pellet stove I realize I don't have the lever to program it and that my thermometer is not working I am going back to the store there is no thermometer in stock, my stove is therefore working fully .. ..and the controller is apart from $ 115 on a bill of $ 5100 controller apart what is that ?? I bought the summer to spend an air conditioning the controller come with it takes it to program the stove have said that they were not going to call back nice answer from debarra nobody call me back next time I am going to go to Gamelin

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service pas satisfait.. avec les restrictions du à la covid les commandes ce font par téléphone et les conseillers ont la misère de répondre a la demande.
Donc j'ai retiré ma commande et j'achète a un autre détaillant..
Ils ont jamais le stock en inventaire !
Service not satisfied .. with the restrictions of the covid the orders are done by phone and the advisers have the hard time responding to the request.
So I picked up my order and bought from another retailer.
They never have the stock in stock!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pas surprise de voir que quelques années plus tard les gens leur reproche tous la même chose...très gros problème de communication fournisseur/vendeur/client...marchandise vendue de piètre qualité pour les besoins et surtout conseils erronés...après 1 an et 1/2 de déplacements, d'appels et de tentative de trouver une solution on s'en est bien laver les mains entre le commerce et le fournisseur en me faisait bien comprendre qu'ils n'avaient qu'une légère responsabilité dans le produit vendus....après multiples discussions on m'a offert un minime crédit et je me devais de voir avec le fournisseur pour le reste...comme si j'allais accepter de leur offre...je préfère de loin aller chez leur compétiteur Pavé Concept où j'ai eu un excellent service, un accueil chaleureux et une très grande compréhension de la situation dans lequel Maconnex m'a laissé...je ne recommanderai JAMAIS a personne ce commerce heureusement pour eux que la COVID est arrivé car surement que je n'aurais pas lâcher le morceau.....
Not surprised to see that a few years later people reproach them all for the same thing ... very big supplier / seller / customer communication problem ... poor quality goods sold for the needs and especially wrong advice ... after 1 a year and a half of traveling, making calls and trying to find a solution, we washed our hands well between the business and the supplier by making me understand that they had only a slight responsibility in the product sold .... after multiple discussions I was offered a minimal credit and I had to see with the supplier for the rest ... as if I was going to accept their offer ... I much prefer to go at their competitor Pavé Concept where I had excellent service, a warm welcome and a very great understanding of the situation in which Maconnex left me ... I will NEVER recommend this business to anyone fortunately for them that COVID is happened because surely I would not let go of the mo reau .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lorsque j'ai acheté mon revêtement de maison avec eux, ceux-ci m'avaient garanti que tout serait prêt d'ici 10 jours. De ce fait, nous prenons nos deux semaines de vacance en conséquence afin de procéder à l'installation. Cependant, le délai n'a pas été respecté, nous avons reçu nos matériaux un mois plus tard, donc avons perdu nos vacances qui étaient destiné à la rénovation de la maison. Nous avons demandé un rabais de dédommagement, mais cela fut refusé. Très déçue du service. La prochaine fois nous retourneront pas à ce magasin.
When I bought my house siding with them, they guaranteed me that everything would be ready within 10 days. Therefore, we take our two week vacation accordingly in order to proceed with the installation. However, the deadline was not met, we received our materials a month later, therefore lost our vacation which was intended for the renovation of the house. We asked for a compensation discount, but it was refused. Very disappointed with the service. Next time we will not be returning to this store.

En plus d avoir un mal fou a parler a notre représentant. Pas mal déçu

Mac harywood extrêmement dispendieux 560 $ pour une boîte de 12 planches
Les boîtes à moitié pleine ,boîte brisé , revêtement fait défaut après seulement 2 ans .. jai fait venir représentant chez moi .. 3 mois de attente avant d'avoir 2 clowns arrogants qui pense travailler pour le FBI .. cest supposé être garantie 25ans .. sont venuent presque m'insulter chez moi , m'accuser d avoir mis un produit .. ce qui n'est pas le cas .. aucun retour d'appel de Mac .J'ai essayé à plusieurs reprises de contacter Dominique le gérant aucun retour d'appel. Conseil garder votre argent et magasiner ailleurs

Boxes half full, box broken, coating failed after only 2 years .. I had a representative come to my house .. 3 months of waiting before having 2 arrogant clowns who thinks of working for the FBI .. it is supposed to be guaranteed 25 years .. came almost insulting me at home, accusing me of having put a product .. which is not the case .. no return calls from Mac. I tried several times to contact Dominique on managing no return calls. Advice keep your money and shop elsewhere

Le vendeur, Daniel Cloutier m’avait promis du Melville 60 gris ombragé dans la semaine suivante. Lors de l’achat, le 31 mai 2021, il m’a bien dit qu’il avait en stock le produit et qu’il serait livré la semaine suivante. Ce qui n’a jamais été fait à ce jour. À chaque fois que j’appelle ou me présente, je n’ai jamais la même version. Est-ce possible qu’un plus gros client a eu ma commande?
Very bad experience.
The seller, Daniel Cloutier, promised me Shady Gray Melville 60 in the following week. When purchasing, on May 31, 2021, he told me he had the product in stock and would be delivered the following week. What has never been done to date. Every time I call or introduce myself, I never have the same version. Could a bigger customer have my order?
