She still found time to greet me with a smile and made sure I found what I wanted/needed. She also gave me good advices. Thank you! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service and one of the employee kept starring at me while I was trying on shoes. Made me really uncomfortable. Called the store later on to ask a question and she couldn't give me a proper answer. You should review your training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband bought yellow gift card for me. When I went to the store to use it, they said it was not active. They cannot active it. However, the account and name for the gift card is under my name. In the end, they still tell me cannot help me with it. They cannot find any transaction under this account. However, I remember my husband deposit 150 in the gift card with an invoice. It is a big company, they should have better system to active those card. After I leave the shop, I lose my card. Then, I went back to told them. They seemed very happy I lose it. They think it is a trouble for them instead of offering a service to solve the problem. Do not buy gift cards. Never. Never.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. I went shopping for boots for my t sons. My two year old makes shopping very challenging. The girl who was there offered absolutely no help. She just stood there watching while I struggled to find the right sizes and the right fit. She seemed annoyed to be there. Chauffeured Yellow should offer customer service training to this specific employee and teach her how to help and offer support to clients with young children.
