Ils ont de très beaux models, une bonne qualité et leurs prix sont trés raisonnables. De mon côté, c'est mon premier choix de magasin, lorsque je cherche des beaux chaussures! à recommander I bought my winter boots from Chaussures Max and I love them. They have very beautiful models, good quality and their prices are very reasonable. For my part, this is my first choice of store, when I am looking for beautiful shoes! to recommend

Ils ne font aucun remboursement pcq ce sont des arnaqueurs. Honnêtement, je ne comprends pas comment cette boutique est toujours ouverte. N'y allez pas They are liars and scammers. They sell you shoes that break after 2 weeks and say it's your fault. They don't give refunds because they are scammers. I honestly don't understand how this shop is still open. Do not go

K	Karen Arroyo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst salesmen ever. I couldn't try the shoes properly because when i took one shoe off they were packaging them in their boxes again at once. One of them even told that newcomers don't know about the brands ( angry because I didn't buy?). What do you know about what we know??? I do know the brands but I didn't want to buy ugly boots like yours. Omg. You should take a course about how to treat your clients because you are extremely annoying.
E	Eleni Kouverianou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was given a larger pair of shoes with a double footbed. The seller didn't let me put my insoles into the shoes myself when I tried them on. He took the shoe, did it for me and apparently did't notice the double footbed. Trying to negotiate a refund has been a disaster, as there is no other shoe to my taste there. I feel I have been lied to (e.g. the salesmen apparently do not know the name of the business owner, i.e. their employer) and given the reviews I believe this is not a rare incident. I drafted an official notice of my complaint, as directed by the Quebec consumer protection agency, which was sent by registered mail to the store and ignored. I have now filed a complaint form on the Quebec consumer protection agency website (reference number 1038634). It is amazing how, all of a sudden, after my review (this is an edited version) fabulous reviews started popping up hours later. Not suspicious at all.

I tried on many pairs and he have me a lot of information and introduced me to a made-in-Québec brand (wish I could remember the name!) of winter boots, sheepskin interior, they are the most lightweight, comfy, warm pair of boots EVER! I previously had some really great warm boots from Earthshoes, really comfy and warm but they were GIANT. These boots are just as warm but half the weight and volume, I wore them ALL last winter and Loved them! Also they have laces you can adjust AND a zipper for easy on/ off, this makes life so much easier! The price at Chaussures Max was great compared to the web, I checked... Thanks! <3 I see that there is one review complaining about this store, that was not my experience! I don't know the owners, I only went there once, but they were SO nice! I'm writing a review now, a year later, because I shopped SO MUCH for boots last year, and was so grateful to finally find GREAT boots there, and at a great price too!
