Dès les premières minutes nous comprenons rapidement que le vendeur nous perçois comme sa future commission. J'ai beau décrire 3 fois ce que je désire incluant la gamme de prix, mais continue de vouloir me faire essayer des matelas que je n'ai pas les moyens de payer. ÇA EN ÉTAIT DÉRANGEANT. Vendeur très insistant, et lorsque plus tard une famille semble être intéressé a un matelas de $3.600 le vendeur disparait en leur direction et nous laisse seul. Vendeur a l'écoute de son porte-monnaie.

Le vendeur nous a mis beaucoup trop de pression. Il était très surpris qu'on était là pour seulement essayer des modèles et déterminer ce qu'on voulais plus tard. Ma conjointe lui a répété trois fois qu'elle ne voulais pas et il insistait encore plus. Elle est partie en courant presque. En me tournant le dos il a marmonné de quoi que je n'ai pas entendu mais ce n'était sûrement pas de me souhaiter une bonne journée. J'ai acheté mon premier matelas là mais je ne vais plus jamais y aller.

Bad service, the salesman cry, not gentile, he made fun of me for asking a question. really bad place for expend your money.

This company is a total joke; The publicized comfort warranty is an amazing joke; they claim a 2 months comfort warranty, but the first thing you notice when the delivery man comes to inspect the mattress: he tries REALLY hard to find whatever change of color on the mattress that could look like a stain. After 5 hard minutes of intensive scrutinizing, he finally found something that looked like a little defect (1/6 the size of a fingernail), and then announced me that he had to call his supervisor to see if he could or not do the mattress exchange, due to this "stain". After 10 seconds of discussion, he finally told me that he will not do the exchange, and then just left without a word. Calling the customer services did not provide any better results, they basically tell you you are stuck with it, and they give you one or two options like using a professional cleaner to clean the spot in question. This most likely won’t change their mind in the end since the top of the mattress is white and the spot probably won’t be removed at 100%, and you will have paid 50-100$ for nothing. The funny part is I bought a mattress cover (120$) to make sure the mattress stays clean no matter what, since they won't honor their warranty if they find a "spot". Still, this must have been there before it was even delivered to me, but hey, this is their trick to avoid paying for exchanging the mattress. What is even worse: this applies to the mattress manufacturer warranty (15 years in my case for Kingsdown mattresses), meaning my 15 years warranty does not worth anything anymore. Please save your time, and money. Avoid any of these unscrupulous companies making money on our back. It seems a lot of them use that scam, and they will claim this is a request from the manufacturer. If this is the case, this business is a total rip off; think twice before spending your money with these scammers.

The salesman was great. He was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Most important he wasn't one of those 'hover and be annoying' type. He knew his timing and presence, which helped us want to buy a bed at this location. Store was clean, organized and an easy location to get to. Prices were competitive and there was a good selection of beds and related products. I recommend this place.

Slept in a sleeping bag on the floor of my room for 2 days The salesman was great, props to him for getting them 2 stars. I planned my delivery 1 month ahead of time, to end upnot even being called about a date change. I learned that my delivery was moved 2 days later by calling them myself. People are moving, getting rid of their old stuff, like hello? Never buying there again.
