★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was gifted a candle from my boyfriend from this store and thought the scent was amazing. But once i lighted up the candle the other wick would not stay on flame. As the other wick was working perfectly fine, the other would burn out in a few seconds. As for the ring inside, it was way to big. Im not sure if this has happend to anyone or i just got a bad candle. I had no chance of returning or exchanging the candle since it was a present and no gift receipt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a ring bath bomb for my friends Christmas gift. First issue was I was double charged and didn't know until I checked my bank account. No big deal, went back for a refund. They couldn't figure out a debit refund so had to do cash. Again, wasn't a big deal on its own. Workers were very friendly and let me skip the line to get back in so that was nice. Then my friend uses her bath bomb which is labeled size 7 and it contains a size 6 ring. Reached out to customer service and what they could do is replace the ring with another randomized size 7 ring, different from the one she received to "keep their system fair". Im thankful to atleast get the replacement, but she was happy with the design she received and getting the correct size is what was expected in the first place. Such a mess around for a simple gift. I get that mistakes happen, but first impressions are important and I won't feel confident purchasing here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the candles! Ring inside was very cute! But my bath bomb was another story.....k, loved the aroma, loved the necklace, but it really made the bath water black, and I really had to scrub to get the tub clean afterwards. Before you ask, yes, the tub was clean beforehand.
