★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I have tried to order a decent meal from this restaurant it turns out a complete disaster!! The owner of this business really needs to actually find and hire people who can cook African meals!!! Just got cat fish pepper soup and it’s horrible! Doesn’t taste anything like pepper soup and the fish looks sick and disgusting!!! Total waste of money!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible Oxtail probably the worst I've ever had almost inedible. Absolute rip off $21 for something that would be considered a Small or Medium at best at other much better Caribbean Restaurants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered jerk which was probably one of the only things they had on the menu that was available. Way too much clove for my liking. They are struggling with shortages for just about everything including workers. Very friendly staff and owner. I'll be back to try some of the other stuff on their menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello there, I just stop by this restaurant After hearing they had African food. I had the jollof rice with goat meat and wow, it was so good. Usually, I don’t finish meals I order when I go out but to my surprise, I finished the whole thing. Lol I had to take a pic and send it to my husband, he was shocked. Anyways, besides that the waiter was really nice and he constantly checked to see if I needed anything, which is good. I was also told they host parties so I might host my sons 12th birthday party there. 100 percent would come again. I took photos and I will upload them. 10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very disappointed. The wait there was very long for a coffee. They had no cream or any dairy to go into my coffee. I ordered fries with gravy. The gravy come 10 minutes after my wings and fries. I will not be going back. The bathroom was dirty and disgusting. There was paper towels all over the place and no toilet paper. I went here to get a break from my busy day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came to Whitby to help a friend move, and happened to find this restaurant while hunting for food. Boy oh boy! They did not disappoint. We had suya and jollof rice, jerk chicken and rice and peas, and we tried the oxtail. Everything was delicious!! I asked for it to be spicy and they delivered big time! We will definitely be heading back to this restaurant next time we're in town!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the jollof and goat meal for just over $24 on February 25, 2022. It was one if the worst jollof I've ever had. The rice was over cooked, soft and mushy, felt like I was eating rice pudding. The flavor was a bit ok. The goat meat was very tough and it didn't help that it was nuked to in a microwave to reheated. There where only 3 pieces of goat meat mostly bones, for a price of $24 in a medium container. I think they need to re-evaluate their chef or hire a new chef.
