★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check in lady was very short and rude, with her mask dangling on one ear. When we had asked if there was a wait. She replied “well look at the three people on the sheet ahead of you”, we went to the bar, was charged $12.46 for a soporro that was listed as $9.50. THE worst, dark blend, which was not listed as a dark on the menu. We left, as we did not feel welcome. Just wanted a fun night with friends and went elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went bowling on a couples date with friends, the food platter was good and bowling was super fun. Getting shoes, a lane (prebooked)and drink service was great. Overall a good night out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front desk lady was horribly rude. We thought we paid by game and added extra names so our son could have extra turns on his first time bowling. Instead of politely explaining that's not how it works and changing it (which she did anyway and we were happy to oblige) she practically threatened to kick us out. Then when we went back to our game the machines started to work improperly which we let her know and after 10 minutes with no information we went back up and she rudely answered she was fixing it. It did get fixed and thankfully she refunded our second game since we no longer felt welcome enough to play but I will never go back. It's a shame we didn't read previous reviews as it seems an on going issue with this particular employee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a fun night of bowling and the food service to each lane was great! Our lane's equipment kept malfunctioning and required many resets and waiting. The place smells a bit like a car wash - perhaps from the wax on the lanes? When paying just for the bowling game, the POS device asks for a tip, and it's a few clicks to change that... Until this happened, I didn't think that it was customary to tip for a game of bowling. It was fairly busy and the other players around were friendly and gave us a few tips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a great night with friends. Last time I was at this place I think it was Christmas 6 years ago, for team building fun activities.
We had chicken and beef tacos for dinner, in their private room, and a couple of drinks per person. It was reasonably priced for about 3 hours at the venue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we come here pretty often for our nights out. the bowling check-in lady is always helpful and quick to get us a lane. And server Lisa goes above and beyond with her customer service and always comes to chat with us even when shes not serving us. we keep coming back because of the staff and the fun night out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an okay place, if you can actually get in. Their online reserve a lane isn't working, they didn't answer the 6 calls we placed to reserve over the phone (once every half hour), and when we went in person to get a spot they were fully booked for the night... again. This happens often. Their pool tables have also been closed since before Christmas, and honestly, there are better bowling alleys for the price when it isn't twoonie Tuesdays. Probably won't be back. Over the "hype".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re looking for a night of great fun, this is it! My family and I enjoyed our time their last night. We had a lane reserved and got in right away. Within five minutes, we were all set up and ready to play. The bartender was super prompt at getting our drinks and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
Greatly appreciate the good customer service as they put effort into making customers happy! Will definitely be back!
