★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed with the service since they updated their interior and got rid of great employees. We tried to cancel insurance on a second vehicle and was given the run around. Because i had my wallet stolen they told me lies on how I could rectify it. But after Spending over an hour with broken promises of how to get it resolved I decided to call icbc themselves. They said they had no idea why they were not allowing us to cancel the insurance and since we have been coming here for so many years that they could easily have made an exception since they were able to identify me with my personal information. After doing research It was found out that each policy an insurance brokers makes is more than what a doctor visit charges. For example if they make around $870 policy they make about $160. Thus we made the decision to take our business elsewhere where the money we make is more valued. Between their arrogant attitude and lies its not worth us coming here when theres many more places out there that are honest and treat their customers better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They always do my car insurance. I've gone there since 1996 and they've always kept up with the newest pricing and trends. They're quite knowledgeable and very helpful in answering questions. They have Punjabi speaking people as well for those who prefer it. Nice updated setting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I went there a year ago..had great service. My last visit last week I felt she was rude. Needs to work on customer service AND also ask if there was anything else she could help me with rather then walk away and I have to call her back as I told her more then one time I needed storage insurance. By the way I called it parking insurance for her to correct me 3 times by saying storage insurance. I was very overwhelmed trying to cancelle insurance in a whole different town trying to get my plates brought to a different place then where I was. Felt I was unwelcome.
