Highly recommend to everyone to try their royal kabab and shishlik, so yummy and tasty. I have tried other Persian restaurant in Denman street and also marine drive but I have never seen such delicious kabab anywhere.

Upont entering the restaurant, I was surprised by how neat and clean the place was, not regular clean, shiny shiny clean! And that was not all... As a Persian girl with have high standards for Persian food, I loved my lunch here! We ordered King’s Platter for 2, wonderful in quantity , quantity and price. Tasty Koobideh, delicious chicken and juicy lamb shank, finished with yummy rice and outstanding dolmas. Highly recommended especially to Albertans visiting Vancouver that want to stop for food before continuing to downtown.

Never disappoints. Meat is always so tender and flavorful. I wish wish they keep the meat warmer for take outs. By the time I get the take out, the temperature is usually a bit colder than my liking. That would be the only complaint.

Staff not warm , even that the restaurant resumed serving in ordinary plates , still serving in disposal boxes ! The meal not really delicious .

King kabob? More like peasant kabob. Portion size is pure insulting. Never been so disappointed with food. With the price you pay for the meal you'd think you'll have left overs... the portion size is literally for a toddler. How embarrassing to trick people because there aren't many halal options here. Do better.

One of the decent middle eastern restaurant in Fraser valley! Their lamb shank is the best I’ve had in the Fraser valley and the rice with kababs are delicious! The ambience gives an authentic touch to this place!

Honestly I don't know where to begin... This was my favourite Persian restaurant in the entire province and would regularly take my friends here (and of course pay for their meals). I was a regular at this restaurant from the day they opened. I've tried probably every Koobide Kabob in the Lower Mainland, and this place just stood out from the beginning. That being said, over the course of the last 12-18 months the food portions, quality and service progressively went down; to the point where I don't feel comfortable taking my relatives here anymore. My biggest issue is that their Kabob is almost 50% as dense as it was prior, and there is also a notable difference in the thickness of the chicken and the overall portion size. In addition to this, the owner comes off a bit rude at times. I have a passion for eating quality Persian food with a rich amount of sumac as it adds for more flavour that I desperately seek for in my meals, however that privilege was taken away from me as when I ask for sumac, they only sprinkle enough for my 6 month toddler to eat, and I can't help myself. All in all, this restaurant has the potential to be one of the best Persian restaurants in all of Canada (not an exaggeration), however they neglect their loyal customers' recommendations just to seek slightly higher profit margins which is extremely disappointing. I would be comfortable with them raising the prices of the foods since money of course is not an issue here (I pay for all of my friends' meals), but instead they take a route which leaves regulars like myself very disappointed. Below I've added a detailed photo of one of the first meals I had here, and you can compare that to some of the recent reviews. Pay extra attention to the generous amount of sumac that i myself added (they used to leave it on the tables) as well as the thickness of the meat in my favourite mixed Kabob meal. I hope this message reaches someone in management because I haven't seen anyone leave such a detailed review. I'm leaving 3 stars for a restaurant that deserved nothing but 5 stars back in 2019 :/

Not sure if it is due to covid, but they serve in a plastic take out box and cup while dining in. Each kabob skewish is half the size of what is advertised on the picture. Not worth the money and revisiting. The signature dish with three small skewish is $40 including tips. The quality of food is similar to what you'd get in a food court while the price is twice as expensive as Daddy's Grill in Richmond where the food is tremendously better while the portion is also twice as much
