β β β β β Upgraded my rating because they are starting to use more environmentally friendly packaging and recycling methods. Thank you Crispy Falafel team. I understand enviro friendly containers are more expensive, but I really appreciate it. Will visit more often. We had a tasty meal also.

β β β β β Ordered RICE and chicken and came back to my office only to find out they had no cutlery, called to let them know and the girl told me I didn't ask for it......didn't know I had to ask for things that's required to use to eat their food with that I paid for, that's like going to a car dealership and buying a car and it dies when you drive it cause you didn't ask for gas, pretty ridiculous logic for customer service if you ask me, but I suppose they care more about saving a few cents on cutlery than customer satifisfaction and long term profit margins from returning customers .... big brain stuff I guess

β β β β β Me and my family eat here regularly and itβs one of my go-tos and one of my craves. Iβve had the shawarma plates and the shawarma wraps and both are delicious. If your really really hungry though I would recommend going for the plate as I can sometimes not finish it and save it for breakfast the next day. A total gem if your looking for somewhere good to eat in the are.

Pros:
- Excellent Customer Service: I asked for the staff's recommendation since it's my first time visiting, and she gave a sample of every single meat.
- Excellent value!
- Delicious
- It's made fresh
- Great portion
Cons:
- Iβd pass on the dessert next time
- The Lebanese style Baklava: Iβm not exactly sure what I had.. almost felt like I ate a sweetened, scrunched up stack of newspaper ?
- Greek style baklava: They used mostly sugar rather than honey. Sorta crispy but itβs a stale kind of crispy with a chew βΉοΈ
Overall, the shawarma was delicious. The wrap is crispy and it's packed with your choice of meat with a perfect kick of spiciness. Inside it's herby and flavourful with dripping sauce and the perfect ratio of vegetables. I love the lamb shawarma but I'm not a huge fan of their desserts.

β β β β β The staff were not the friendliest maybe because of the color of my skin. I was treated like a beggar and my order came later than I expected. I felt very unloved by the response as I expected an apology. I do not want any compensation. Just that you treat tour customers with better courtesy. For your information, I am black. Even my wife who came with me was disappointed by your service. Kindly improve on it.
Food was edible and filling though. Hope that comforts the owner. He just needs to train his staff on diversity, inclusivity and equality, in line with best practices in other restaurants and take out. I doubt I will be back.

β β β β β Enjoyable shawarma dishes. Friendly staff. Booth seating. Sizable unisex washroom. Limited storefront parking. Only accessible westbound on 24 Avenue, and northbound on King George Boulevard.

β β β β β So today, after putting off going to this place for years, I decided to go here and finally try it. Ordered my food, it was surprisingly busy at around 2:00pm, which was a good sign I thought. Order the lamb wrap (Beirut vibe) because I like my wraps without lettuce, got my order, went to my car to eat........and soon had a very interesting experience.
While opening my wrap, a small piece of lamb fell out and landed on my wrap. Picked it up and put it in my mouth without a thought........when suddenly I had the Ratatouille movie experience where the food critic, upon tasting the food was suddenly transformed back to his childhood. That one bite of the lamb brought back 30 year old memories of my visit to the country of Jordan, where I ate many lamb shawarmas. It is amazing that even after decades, the memory of taste brings back memories long buried. It was so good that I am craving this as I write this review later in the evening.
I have not tried their other items, but just based on my experience with the lamb flavor, I can attest that the flavor is very authentic (at least to what I had in Jordan). My wife was not as impressed as I was, I guess that has to do with childhood memory, but she did enjoy her chicken wrap, so we will definitely be coming back.
Thanks for bringing back memories with a single bite!

β β β β β Oh my, so good. I got the lamb plate with extra lamb, no hot sauce because I'm a basic b. So dang good. And they gave me a sticker for my clipboard so that gives it an actual sixth star. I love me some good service
