โ โ โ โ โ Found a nail in my tire Sunday morning and was heading to Mr. Lube but saw the OK Tire โOpenโ sign on at 9:45 AM (Open at 10AM Sunday). Called and spoke with Marty, and he got me in right away. Waited maybe 30 minutes for everything to get done and I was back on the road. Marty was great to deal with, talked to me about everything else OK Tire offers and how great the management and staff are at the South Surrey location. Would definitely recommend if youโre in the market for tires or needing a repair to speak with Marty, he gave me insight on other options outside of the particular tires I was in the market for.

โ โ โ โ โ I canโt go so far as to say that having tires installed is a fun experience, but I dealt with Les and he was very personable and upbeat- I enjoyed talking with him. He explained what needed to be done in the future and I felt very confident with the information he gave me.
I would recommend this place and definitely go back.

โ โ โ โ โ These guys are great and go out of their way to help. I had a situation where I needed new tires and had to have the work completed the next day. They found me the right tires, brought them into their service branch in White Rock in 24 hours and I had new tires on my Pilot the following afternoon. I called several places for the service. The competition simply stated they did not have my tires and offered no path forward. Iโll definitely be coming back to this branch for future services. To top it off the tires they sold me are of excellent quality and the price was very reasonable. My Pilot runs like new!

โ โ โ โ โ The manager at OK Tire was very friendly over the phone, and took me in almost immediately. They are knowledgeable with Teslas, and weโre able to repair a nail in my tire in about a half hour. Service is quick, friendly, and reliable. Would highly recommend them. Much better service than their competitors across the street.

โ โ โ โ โ Had a slow leak due to a screw in the tire. I called in the morning and the staff made themselves readily available. Patched it up in a short period and I was on my way. Great customer service and professionalism!

โ โ โ โ โ My front tires were balding and was slipping on wet surfaces, so I opted to get them changed through OK Tires. The staff there were very welcoming and I got the tires replaced the next day as they had to get them in stock. Communication was fast and efficient during the time. The staff made sure that I come back a week later to torque the tires for safety and I did. The tires I bought were the all-weather Black Hawks and they have been great with a smoother ride than I thought for my '97 Lexus ES300. I was skeptical at first. Price was upwards of $450 for the two tires with installation, fees and taxes, which in my opinion was higher than I expected, but I'm glad to have gotten them done. Service was excellent, but pricing I feel could be better. I will shop around next time prior to commitment.
