★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So my mom’s came to this dealership. She had a multiple codes that came up. They charged her 100 something to look it up and then told her the lights didn’t come back up. The lights came back about 30 minutes and then booked her appoint to change her gas caps replacement. I asked the lady why they wouldn’t just give a gas cap to test. This place is a scam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ send my honda odyssey to fix oil leak, paid about 1600 and come back with engine warning light on (wasn't on before). Asked them what happened, they had no idea (only fix the oil leak) and argued for them to check again and finally fixed it.
PS. paid $155 for diagnosis, which I thought for the whole car but it was just for the "leak" that I told them.
PS. I send the van there for oil change few months ago and didn't mention about any oil leak (no sure if they actually check everything or just a "visual check")
