★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can’t say enough good words for the staffs and service they provide. I had my tires replaced here about 2 years ago because of nails. Then today I found myself with a flat tire again. They did a complete check and found out the reason was about the rim not the tires. They managed to fix it and since I am a return customer, they did it free of charge!!
I would like to give a special thank to Ryan Mangat, but overall their staffs are just amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a nail in my tire and Kal Tire was able to get me a same day appointment, patch the hole, replace the wheel on the car, torque the wheel to spec, set all my tire pressures, reset the tire pressure monitoring system and put the spare back where it belongs all for $49 and great friendly service. Plus I had a hot chocolate in their waiting area. Shout out to Anthony who helped me out at the front desk. Definitely recommend Kal Tire White Rock.
EDIT:
I found my tire flat again the next morning. I called Kal Tire and they told me to come in ASAP. They found another nail they may have missed the first time or I unfortunately drove over another one. Not only was Stephen at the front desk prompt and helpful, he didn't charge me for the second repair. Despite the inconvenience of the day, I still highly recommend the team at Kal Tire. And I got another hot chocolate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would advise everyone to get a second opinion when they quote or advise you . I went in for a simple alignment , they said we could not do it as my ball joints and tie rod ends were severely worn out out and needed to be changed. They quoted me $2100. I had my local Ford dealer check , they said your ball joints and tie rod ends were fine they showed me and yes everything looks fine . Be careful of this kal tire and always get a second opinion!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently took my Honda CRV in to have the tires rotated and the tire pressures checked. I was getting an intermittent tire pressure warning light and wanted to ensure that we found out the issue. While they were taking care of the tire rotation and the tire pressure, they checked the front end alignment and found that it was out. They asked me if I wanted to have it done, they told me the cost and I approved. In both cases of rotating the tires and fixing the alignment, they told me how long it would take and they were accurate. Between the booking process, confirmation email, dealings at the counter and follow up, all staff were professional and courteous. I can’t recommend KAL tire enough as I drive my car knowing that I don’t have to worry about my tires. They sell great tires and then take care of their clients and back up their products.

The gal who helped me was so nice and helped me check my tires and apparently they just needed a little air! I will definitely be coming back when I need new tires. Thank you ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment online to have winter tires swapped out. Showed up at appointment the following day, they got the car right in and had it finished by the promised time. Efficient and friendly service. Appreciated the installed tires being cleaned (unlike past experience with local Toyota dealership) and the take offs being bagged. Recommend this shop for your tire needs.

Called 3 places looking for low profile 22" sized rims. They are pricey most places costing $400-$600 each tire.
Kal-Tire, Ryan at the front desk was able to find me 1 day shipping on 2 tires for $600 including installation.... Unbelievable service.
Highly recommend them, call first for what you need, as I did the same.
