I registered for swim co in March 2020, mere days before covid shut down everything. I asked for a refund as services were not going to be rendered until an unknown time, and I did not want $1000 as credit for an unknown amount of time. (They did not respond to my refund request, so I had to go through my cc company). With numbers going down now and the vaccination rollout, I applied for their summer camp and fall registration. They emailed me back saying my family was not a "right fit" and they will not be approving our registration. I emailed back asking what makes a family not the "right fit," and I am yet to receive a response back. Reading more reviews seems like we are not the only ones that went through this. Very poor customer service. And today I received an email stating that they've rebranded to swim fins swim school from swim clo. Wonder why.

I give zero stars as they really take your money and just waste your time and didnt even care to teach students. They have no responsibility for kids. They are racist. Worst swimming school. Dont recommend at all.

Worst experience with a company. We were in swim lessons during the time they made the switch from the name swim clo to swim finns. We were enrolled in the baby and me class. The instructor maybe said two words each class. We learnt nothing, I would ask her questions and she wouldnt know the answer. She would just sit at the end of the pool and watch us. I asked her a few times if we could play a game, sing a song or learn something with our babies. I reached out to the manager of client relationships, Chris. His response was to talk to the instructor. With prompting from myself he said he would talk to the head instructor and ensured me it would improve. It did not improve. And there was zeroooo followup on his part. We decided to continue the classes as he said they wouldn't refund us because their classes are "high demand". I also gave my feed back at the end and no one ever reached out to me. This company takes your money and dont care what happens after that. BIG WASTE OF MONEY.

Worst customer service ever. After a year of lessons I asked 5x for my son's swim card back with no response to emails or Facebook messages. So after a year of lessons and a thousand dollars, I have no idea how he progressed. Don’t do it.

One of the worst swimming programs out there. They charge 4 times more then other programs and their facilities don’t even have a washroom just renting a tiny pool in a hotel which is in middle of renovating. Not clean at all. They would cancel the lessons anyday on a short notice. Waste of money.. Won’t remove my credit card info from their site despite multiple requests will be reporting as a fraud.

Highly DO NOT recommend. Waste of money. Horrible customer service. There is no phone number to call to speak to anyone. Everything done via email which takes days to get a response. Multiple last minute cancellations. They do not refund any money for these cancellations either they only give class credits which you will not want. Also they switched my daughters class day to a day where we cannot bring her with little explanation... still waiting on a response regarding alternative options on this. GO ANYWHERE ELSE for swim lessons!! This company is infuriating.

eview from summer of 2021: Non-existent Customer Service, Too expensive and Non-impactful swimming lesson: My 6 year old started the 8w long weekly swimming lessons at one of the holiday inn express locations! We found the instructor to be not as experienced and knowledgeable, especially when they we’re explaining to us after each class. We barely got few mins of chat with them after the class as they always rush you before and after the class. My biggest pain point was that I couldn’t reach out to the customer service as easily as you expect. Only email support (no phone support) is available and that too is very very slow! I still have $500credit that’s leftover and the do not REFUND you even though my son did not even start the lessons, and I requested the cancellation weeks before the classes were supposed to start. So please don’t waste your money on th

Great experience with this company. My child has learned to swim and how to be safe around the water. The instructors have been professional, welcoming and competent. Make sure you full read all the policies prior to signing as there are some unique policies.
