My girlfriend filled out some paperwork to get my dog an interview today. I got a call at work from Daphne telling me that she had my dog "Cambie" a very large black dog. Hmmm my dogs name is Cash and I was pretty sure I left him with my girlfriend. Called my gf and she assured me that she still had my dog with her. I called Daphne back to tell her that she did not have my dog. Instead of apologizing to me, she just proceeded to laugh and say she doesn't know who's dog she has. Needless to say, my dog is not going to be going to Happy Days Dog Daycare. Very weird and upsetting incident.

Was quite disappointed to find out that this daycare in which i have taken my pup to on several occasions had taken a dog in which they couldn't figure out who owner was or who dog was for that matter Contacted my work insisting it was my coworkers dog which frustrated her as she knew i had her dog No apology to her once the owner realized it wasn't hers which upset her more The week prior when picking up my pup, I asked the owner about bringing my coworkers dog in for an assessment as she was looking for a place occasionally but did that warrant a call to my work insisting it was her dog? Do you not have paperwork filled out on dogs and their owners that you take in? I arrived with her dog same day she contacted my work and was told by owner she had no idea who's dog she had (seeing i had my coworkers dog) This doesn't sit well with me as i don't understand how that could happen Mistakes are made yes but these pets are our babies! Then the conversation turned into disappointment. My pup whom i am told by her and another staff member is such a good calm dog looked at the dog i brought in and asked if he was related to mine, i answered no and why Wasn't expecting the response i got Disappointed that this daycare also breed discriminates I guess it's OK as long as the dog you bring in doesnt LOOK like a said pitbull TYPE Even tho mine and hers are mixes but mine is ok cuz it doesn't look as much as my friends????? Will not be using this daycare again

I have an Italian greyhound and it comes home from HappyDays Dog Daycare relaxed and always excited to go back. I can say that the fully staffed open plan separate small and big dog sections make a real safe environment for my baby! Anyone who wants to know there dog is happy and truly feels like they are in a home away from home should go to Happy Days!!

I have been bringing Molly my Labradoodle to Happy Days for grooming and day care her whole life and she is a lovely old lady of 11 now! I have moved to Vancouver now and have tried a couple of local groomers but was not at all happy with the result so back we go to Holly. Holly is like a second Mum to Molly and she adores Holly who pampers and cares for her as if she was her own. She always does an incredible grooming job on Molly and being a β€˜curly’ Labradoodle it ain’t easy! I would recommend Happy Days in a heartbeat - they are wonderful people who truly care for their dogs and Holly’s expertise is second to none❀️

I've can't say enough wonderful things about the care that Daphne and all her staff have given both my "girls", Molly and Jessie, for the past 10 years. I trust very few people with my dogs, but have never hesitated to entrust their well being to Happy Days since they opened their doors. I was one of Daphne's first clients and will stay with her as long as she's in business. It upsets me to read poor reviews about this wonderful establishment, especially given the unconditional care that Jessie received here in her final years. Jessie went completely blind when she was 8 years old and Happy Days was one of the few places where she felt comfortable to be while I was at work. The staff went out of their way to accommodate her needs and always let me know if they saw anything that concerned them. After we lost Jessie, Molly's grief over losing her best friend was softened by the extra attention that she was given by everyone at Happy Days. As for the reviews that stated the staff at Happy Days thinks they know more than a veterinarian, I couldn't disagree more. Daphne has a tremendous amount of experience in dealing with dogs, which I think is fantastic. However, in my 10 years of dealing with some serious health issues surrounding my dogs, not one staff member at Happy Days ever advised me to override my vet's advice. Quite the contrary. If anything, their care for my dogs allowed them to provide me with information that I could share with my vet to help them make the proper diagnosis and offer the best treatment. I can't thank Daphne and her staff enough for having provided such great care and love for my dogs for a decade now. They're the best!

The owner called me 45 min after I dropped my 4.5 month puppy off. She didn’t know what breed he was even though it was on the paper work. She complained he needed more training but wouldn’t say what he was doing wrong. I asked if I should come get him but she said he was playing with another puppy now. So why did you call and worry me? It was his first time at a doggy day care. Maybe the meet and greet should have been more than 5 min long? We have had a private dog trainer work with us since 8 weeks old and he is very well socialized. They also used a loud harsh voice with the barking dogs. One was growling at my dog. Everyone who meets my dog says he is so well behaved. He is an energetic puppy and likes to play with other dogs. He is not going to sit around and sleep at this age. You should expect to play with a puppy. I will not be returning to this place again.

My pup comes here every week. She loves it here. She plays with her buddies all day. Everytime when I pick her up she's so satisfied and tired that she falls asleep in the car. The whole day play definitely tired her out. The staff are over all friendly and helpful. We are so grateful for Happy days daycare.b
