B	Brock Fisher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This particular shop definitely caters more to dog owners. There's a 4-1 ration of dog food selections to cat food selections. Kinda a shame as there's so much overlap on the dog food options. If you are trying to find a good selection of cat food I suggest a different location or different pet store. The store employee never came by to talk to me for the 10 minutes I was in there, not a huge deal I suppose but as someone who's worked in retail it would be nice for them to just acknowledge you are there.

During this time, the groomer walked out, looked at me standing at the register and said "someone else will help you I'm busy right now". She was not friendly nor did she make me feel comfortable enough to bring my animals in to be groomed. I didn't ask for her assistance at all, she just came up and decided to tell me she was busy with animals and I wasn't important enough to be helped. Understanding, I said "no worries take your time". And she said "oh I will." The attitude is the reason I will not be returning, but the younger woman working the till was a delight. Very helpful and very peaceful mannerisms. She was lovely.

M	Mersenne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place, with everything a dog needs or wants and a fantastic grooming service. I deducted a star because I need to see all workers wear masks all the time until this pandemic ends. I too hate masks, but indoors, they're necessary IMO.

Update: to make matters worse, the raw kangaroo I purchased for my dog had already started to defrost and was re-frozen when it was put out for sale. When I later opened the meat packages at home, they were all freezer-burned and the edges of the meat where it had previously started to defrost were dark. All of it had to be thrown away due to the immense health risks stemming from the consumption of re-frozen meat. What an incredible shame. Overall, a terrible shopping experience.
