★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed to have my vehicle towed to a garage. The associate was sent and completed the job promptly. Having a BCAA membership is invaluable. It will pay for itself over and over. Anyone that owns a vehicle and doesn't get a BCAA membership would be foolish. Do yourself a favor; don't get stuck without one.

She was extremely helpful and patient as she explained what I needed to know about strata insurance and deductibles. Since that original phone call, I've continued to ask Lori questions by email and she's been helpful and supportive throughout as I transition to a new home and transfer my insurance. I can't say enough positive things about my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loost the keys to my van and need to be towed to the dealership for new keys. I was rold an hr to 90 mins. The tow truck was here 17 mins after i hung up! Pretty quick! A bonus, my bcaa plan will reimburse me $100. for new keys! Boy, sure changed my day!! ? To ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truck broke down freeway between 2 exits Abbotsford.
Called bcaa. They told me they sent out a tow truck.
After 50min, I called that tow truck company.
They had passed on the call (not enough tow truck, fair enough), and called the bcaa desk and told them.
So I called bcaa to find out what was going on. They hadn't forwarded the message We have been on side of road for 3 hours now and still no tow
