★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parwan was absolutely amazing. I would definitley recommend doing business here. I was having a bad day as a single mother of three kids and a full time student ...I was informed my insurance rate went up over two hundred dollars and I was getting pretty emotional. Parwan stayed calm and helped me so much. She did everything she absolutley could to figure out a way to get my insurance lowered. She informed me of many different options even if that meant going through private insurance. She took care of me and made sure that we could come to a resolution that could work for me. I am really grateful for all of her help and all of her information and for staying so calm and being so polite to me in such an unpleasant situation. Thanks so much Parwan !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff but everytime I have come here I end up standing and waiting for like 20 mins. And its not a place to stand and wait. Your 6 feet from the checkout and nowhere to sit or really stand.
Annoying and not covid distance friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finished my grocery shopping and noticed on the way out I forgot to bring my insurance papers in for my renewal. The guy went as far as to save me the trip back to the car and was able to find it in the computer. Had it done in less than ten minutes in and out. Great location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great place to insure your vehicle as they have a lovely staff. I was going through a financial crisis and also I was very upset due to some personal reasons. The guy who was working there was really nice and I believe his name is Harvin, this person is a real gem as I was very low and my mood was totally off. But after having a really nice conversation with this guy, I had a big smile on my face because I got some really positive vibes from this person. He also gave me a couple of options to go with regarding coverages, so that I could save some money. I really enjoyed their service and would be coming here more often. And again a big thanks to Harvin for providing such a great service. I hope other places also had such great employees.

I went there to insure my vehicle and I was completely unaware of new rules but Harvin was very helpful and he explained me everything and also helped me to get some additional coverage. I was really upset when I walked into this place as I couldn’t get my insurance done at the other place but thanks to Harvin I felt really happy as I left this office. This guy was very polite with the old lady in front of me and he made sure that no one waits more than 5 or 10 minutes in the line. He was really fast and precise at his job. I’m definitely going to come here for all my future renewals. This is the best insurance place I’ve ever been to. You guys have a really knowledgeable person working here. Keep up the good work. Thanks again :)

Their there to do their best to get you insured not to scrutinize your paperwork and give ya a hard time.Been using both the Sussex Gladwin store and Save on store in Sardis.I don't go anywhere else if possible!!!!
