★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's definitely a love it or hate it look. Downsides, the parkade is not tall enough. If you have a work van or a Thule on your roof you aren't getting in. If you want to park outside the building it is all illegal parking, although people seem to do it anyway. Although I can't confirm it seems like some of the inner balconies and some facing Gladwin would never get any sun. On the upside there are lots of nearby services so you never have to drive.
