Staff is very friendly and helpful and always give you a reminder call when its time to renew which is always a good thing in this rushed society that we live in where we are always on the go. Rippy is the one I normally deal with and he is awesome but the others I have dealt with before are also great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been doing business for years with Saxbee insurance, specifically with Janine. My vehicles, home and business insurance has gone through her team. Having a single person I can text, email, call that knows your situation and your assets makes the whole process a breeze. I've been able to swap insurance back and fourth with my vehicles throughout the year at quick notice and with informed rates (as they change). PS, having most of my paperwork done remotely has been a major help, especially with covid and the flooding. Thank you Janine!!! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A vehicle transfer was done in with the wrong vin#. We provided the wrong information. Saxbee called ICBC and said that we could correct it, BUT that GST & PST would have to be paid again!. The Saxbee agent said there was nothing he could do about it. We went to another insurance office in town. They worked with ICBC, everything got corrected and we did not have to pay GST & PST a second time, as Saxbee said we would need to do.
