★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Went with my mam at 2017 06 15 . .and there is an employee in reception which sitting in the last left side she was so rude and unpolite she was laughing in very ugly way on my bad English and while i am speaking with her she is going inside with no sorry zero respect .. and i think the laugh its on her because she is NOT TRYING TO HELP the people and not trying to help the people as they are !!!
.. i think she thinks she is the perfect human and all the people are (not perfect like her ) poor soul ! and TO BE honest the other employees and THE DOCTOR they WAS so KIND and helpfull.

It's like signing your life away. So many questions, all this just to look for frames.
It's easier to walk into a jewellery store.
I'll never go back...they can keep their precious frames. Their so called hospitality is a complete turn off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a client for many years. Today I had my eyes examined and they put drops to dilate my eyes. I left covering my eyes because they were super sensitive to the light outside. One of the employees ran out to offer me some sort of sun protection. Just wanted to thank the employee for doing that little extra. It was appreciated.
