I was a tenant for a year and a half at the Windermere location." luxury suite" my butt. We had to move due to covid 19 and relocate for work to bc. We gave two months notice . While we were getting ready to move out an associate came into our apt and measured for the new cabinets they were putting into the suite. The did all renos during the month they charged us for rent. ( illegal and we have friends in the building who witnessed the work )They did nothing to try to rent the unit we were in . We had ongoing issues with criminal activity in the building, and my mountain bike was destroyed by a criminal using a zip grinder in the locked parade. There were other incidents of criminal activity , which ruined our quiet and privacy. The entire time we were tenants we tried to help the building minimize the criminal activity, but the property manager did nothing to stop it. I requested several times that Centurion provide all the documents that identified what we owed , and I gave them an updated email address, but received ZERO documents. Its been several months. This was during the major part of COVID. They had zero empathy for us for the move, and actually caused us more grief. I am now receiving horrible phone calls from a collection agency for an amount of 1864 dollars. our rent was only 1500 so how does this even make sense? I was told when we moved that we would be charged a lease break fee of 1,000 dollars and that the DD will be applied to the arrears, We never received our damage deposit back even though we had a professional cleaner go in AFTER I cleaned it. This is a terrible company to rent from, with no qualified competent associates, and this goes right to the top . Zero empathy for tenants in a horrible situation exorbated by a horrible pandemic. We always paid rent on time, and never shorted. We were amazing tenants and for that , we pay. Feel free to just not pay rent , and get out of your lease that way with these crooks. horrible company, horrible ethics. kicks people when they are down.

Living at fusion Apartments 13555 96 Ave Surrey since day one, 2018, Weststone group developed and managed this building it’s been nothing but garbage! I can honestly say I have envisioned this building at its worst. I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank Centurion Property for providing fusion with a wonderful, experienced professional, and dedicated new managers for fusion apartments. Joseph & Michele are truly amazing at their job and as individuals, they are very quick to respond to texts, emails or calls. Any maintenance work or repair is done properly and within days (even hours sometimes). They are very professional, friendly and understands tenants' needs. these new managers both always give their 110% to tenants with no doubts, I have lived/owned condos all over the lower mainland and it's very rare to have a really knowledgeable manager. Joseph & Michelle thank you for allowing residents at fusion to finally feel safe in this building! Our former manager was never as professional or knowledgeable of anything at all. To Centurion Property Thank you!

After living in a centurion building for almost 2 years we had to move during the pandemic for work. We had one month on our lease remaining, although we paid rent on time put up with the criminal activity and safety concerns in the building. We gave 60 days notice that we were moving. At first we were told we β€œ may” be charged $1000 lease break fee. We were not happy to hear this but understood although we were only leaving 1 month early. After we moved, we did not hear from anyone at centurion, did not receive any documents or any contact whatsoever although they had our new address. Earlier this week we have started getting multiple nadty calls from bill collectors , stating we owe almost $2000 to centurion. Centurion kept our damage deposit as well as charged us a months rent as well as some some other charge that we aren’t sure of as they will not send us any documents. During a pandemic this company kicked us while we we down, we didn’t want to move. We had to for work. It’s obvious centurion only cares about money and not it’s residents. Shameful.

Most unprofessional organization. I recently visited one of their property in Etobicoke. The property was advertised for 1699CAD for bachelor house. When I visited the site, the representative told rate has changed to 1745CAD. After completing the site visit, the representative sent me a mail with rate of 1725CAD and told me to complete the online application. After completing the application, next day I got mail from them on deposit details and breakup showed 1745CAD. When I asked them about this discrepancy, then sent me revised deposit rate with 1699CAD. As I was planning to do the diposit, I got one more mail stating rate has changed now and it 1745CAD. I was so frustrated with this unprofessional behaviour and had to withdraw the application as this people can't be trusted.

I currently live here and they never address the problems that are more concerning I.e cockroachs and mold they brush this off very quickly and care more about aesthetic and looks more then the tenants health and safety.

The management is a dirty company. -Centurion Property Management- . They lied so many times to us tenants about fixing problems in this building. They never ever fulfilled their promises. They promised me $1500 cash for hydro and have not paid back and are refusing to reimburse unless I "re-sign" next year. Such manipulators. Like the mafia.

I’ve been living at Hugo apartments in Kitchener for four years now , I can say that this company is understanding if you do fall behind some of the rent due to shortage of work cause of Covid-19 but I haven’t heard nothing back from the property management for months now. Hopefully I can get help from Lutherwood to help me pay my rent arrears due to barely working cause of less work hours at the moment.

I currently live at 1140 Mary St N in Oshawa. I am Paying more than $1,800 a month for rent just to have them remove the garbage bin at the back of the building. Now the parking lot is becoming full of trash because people will always be too lazy to walk farther to put the trash on the other side of the building, so they are just throwing it under their cars and letting the wind take it. This property used to be so nice and well taken care of until the current Supers (Bill & Bo)/Owners (Centurion) took over. And no response from Supers (Bill & Bo) or Owners (Centurion) , it's such a very simple request for the convenience of your tenants. The Garbage bin has always been there, but now it's been gone since Fri March 18th 2022. Don't move here, there are bugs everywhere and the building does not care about hygiene or keeping the grounds and parking lot clean. Your Rental experience will gradually get worse and worse.
