★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Heckler at the Smiile Clinic in Centrololis is awesome. She is professional and very patient friendly. Makes you feel comfortable and is an excellent dentist with steady hands. The entire staff, from the front desk to the dental chair, make you feel right at home and are very professional!! I highly recommend this clinic and especially Dr. Heckler!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic is amazing! Marisa Guilietti is by far the best hygenist! She always makes you feel comfortable and welcome! When you are in her share she gets to know you a little bit before starting which sets a really relaxed setting! She is extremely thorough and always has my best interests at heart! I am always so impressed every time I leave and I look forward to my next visit with Marisa to get that extra clean feeling! Thank you so much for your care and hard work Marisa!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am previous patient with DR Lidia Pagiani who get retired and transfer all her patients to that clinic. My first and the last visit was horrible! They charge 40$ for check up for nothing.
I came with broken fillings of my tooth. The Doctor was professional and she fixed very fast. The thing is she doesn’t do any check up and I didn’t request so. At the front desk I tried to explain that, but they said is obligation!!!
Incredible scam!!! The same when you go change oil and you getting for tires check in charge! Highly not recommended! 40$ is money big or small especially when you staying at the front desk and trying to explain!
Worst experience ever!!

I have always shown up early to my appointments. They have always been 10-20 minutes late. Today after being allowed in 20 minutes early to wait someone who arrived after me was called in to see the dentist/hygienist. After a 50 minute wait I decided to leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my son to do his yearly checkup and cleaning a couple of months ago. 3 months later I find out my son has a terrible abscess. Brought him to a new clinic since SMILE did not have a spot to take in my son on that day. At the new clinic, I found out my son had a terrible cavity where the root was damaged which resulted in his abscess. I even went for a second opinion since I was told his tooth needed to be pulled out and his adult tooth wouldn’t grow for another 4-5 years. Needless to say, both doctors were shocked at how bad his cavity was and were surprised that no one at Smile had even noticed a couple of months back. I even requested to see my son’s x rays from SMILE, and they had only taken an x ray of his front, none from the sides. Due to Covid I was also not allowed to go in during the cleaning back then. So I don’t even know what kind of cleaning they did. They basically did a half done job just to say they cleaned and checked my son’s teeth. And now my son has to suffer with a hole between his teeth due to their negligence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dentist is Dr. John Ormond. He has been my dentist for 40 years. So sorry that he is retiring. He is the best dentist ever. Patient, kind, funny, he will be missed. I followed him wherever he had a dental practice, from Montreal, to Nun's Island, to Laval.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone at Smile center is smiling and very welcoming ? from the moment I entered they made sure everything is clear until I met Dr. Gerges who is very very professional and made sure I'm comfortable during the treatment. The best doctor I have ever met, very knowledgeable, attentive and took the time to explain why I feel the pain and the treatment needed. Overall, Amazing experience, everything was perfect and strongly recommended. Looking forward to continue my treatment with Dr. Gerges
