★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je voudrais souligner le Service hors pair de Mme. Helene Ok. Elle a su prendre soin de mon dossier qui me causait beaucoup de stresse depuis les 3 dernières semaines et me donner les ressources nécessaires qui n’était même pas en clinique, mais à l’externe (hôpital) tout en continuant à me servir avec un sourire quand un autre professionnel une semaine avant elle ne s’est pas soucié dutout de mon cas en essayant de me vendre des broches ou invisialine lorsque je consultais uniquement pour une tache dans la mâchoire vu par radiographie.
Sincèrement , j’ai reçu la meilleure expérience client depuis plusieurs années et je donne 100% ma confiance à tout l’équipe .

 I would like to underline the outstanding service of Mrs. Helene Ok. She knew how to take care of my file which caused me a lot of stress for the past 3 weeks and give me the necessary resources which was not even in the clinic, but at the 'external (hospital) while continuing to serve me with a smile when another professional a week before she did not care at all of my case trying to sell me pins or invisialine when I only consulted for a stain in the jaw seen by X-ray.
Honestly, I have had the best customer experience in several years and I give 100% confidence to the whole team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Pierre Deslauriers est sans l’ombre d’un doute le meilleur dentiste que j’ai eu. Il est professionnel et compétent tout en étant sympathique et joviale. J’y suis allée 2x en urgence, une fois pour ma fille et une fois pour moi-même et il nous a prit sans hésitation et on sentait le plaisir qu’il avait de nous rendre service. Je recommande ce cabinet aussi pour ses hygiénistes dentaire, ses assistantes et ses réceptionnistes qui sont tout aussi exceptionnelles.
Dr. Pierre Deslauriers is without a doubt the best dentist I have had. He is professional and competent while being friendly and cheerful. I went there twice in an emergency, once for my daughter and once for myself and he took us without hesitation and we felt the pleasure he had in helping us. I also recommend this office for its dental hygienists, assistants and receptionists who are just as exceptional.

The dentist is rough. I mean, real rough. The only nice thing that happened in this visit is that I got a call after 5 days to make sure I was feeling fine...
