She is very thorough and gentle, but what i appreciate the most is that she is very approachable and genuinely cares about her patients. My only complaint is that there was a problem with my scheduled visit; the nice ladies at reception booked me at 12:30pm, but the hygienist said i was booked at 1pm. I had a confirmation text from the clinic on my phone as proof. The hygienist proceded by blaming me for not letting her have a lunch break and gave me attitude, which made me feel like i was being a nuisance. I'm keeping all my confirmation emails and texts from the clinic from now on, just in case. Other than this, i am extremely satisfied with the clinic's receptionists and dentists.

Simone even moved around his schedule to give me an urgent appointment. Simone is a perfectionist and always makes your are comfortable. Definitely will go back and highly recommend this Clinique.

They use high quality equipment and the staff is awesome! I absolutly love getting my dental cleaning with Valerie she knows what shes doing! I would totally recommend it specially if you have a fear of dentist like i used to plus Docteur Gallant does amazing work

From the moment I walked in I was not well received by the receptionist. I have never been talked to this way before. It was rude and disrespectful. I called back an hour later to get the name of the woman who talked to me this way. Nathalie is the lady who was extremely rude to me. Worst customer service I experienced. Maybe Nathalie was having a bad day but this is no excuse to treat a customer this way. She is representing the clinic. It is the first contact with clients. Completely unacceptable. After reading some of the reviews as well I can see its recurring a lot. All of the bad ones are about the service from reception. I do not recommend. Step your game up Nathalie and show more empathy maybe ? Service a la clientele does not seem like ur strong suit. Respectfully
i	i 6tir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cancelled on me the day before my consultation appointment (that was booked over a month ago). Very unprofessional and disappointing move. Having second thoughts about trusting this place for the many (and costly) repairs I'm going to need... Edit: When I booked a second appointment and showed them my recent panoramic X-ray (done elsewhere), I was told the image "wasn't clear enough" and that I'd have to get bitewing X-rays (or else they wouldn't look at my mouth). I felt pressured so I refused and went to two other places, where I didn't have that problem and where the dentists came to the same conclusion just by looking at my mouth and panoramic X-ray. In a few words, trying to make quick money with extra X-rays I didn't need ended up costing them the "bigger" money I would've paid for my actual treatment.
J	Johnny Warda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst clinic ever. I go inside the room, they leave me waiting alone for 30 minutes, while my appointment was for 50 minutes, and I decided to leave. They were surprised that I didn't wait. They expect you to respect your appointment and show up on time but they don't respect theirs!
