★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L’employé s’est trompée sur mon choix de boucle d’oreille. Une fois rendu chez moi je me rend compte de l’erreur après avoir ouvert le paquet à moitié. Je retourne à la boutique pour un échange, impossible de trouver une entente malgré le fait que j’explique que c’est l’erreur de l’employé. Impossible de discuter avec une personne ressource fiable. J’ai payé 28$ pour l’erreur d’une employée, perdu du temps. Pourtant j’achète tous les bijoux de ma fille dans ce magasin. Mauvais service à la clientèle, zéro sens de résolution des problèmes. C’est dommage
The employee was wrong about my choice of earring. When I get home I realize the error after half opening the package. I return to the store for an exchange, impossible to find an agreement despite the fact that I explain that it was the employee's error. Unable to chat with a reliable resource person. I paid $ 28 for the error of a lost time employee. Yet I buy all of my daughter's jewelry in this store. Poor customer service, zero problem solving skills. Too bad
