★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le pire service à la clientèle que j'ai reçu dans un magasin. Aucune personne responsable sur place. Les employées sur place ne sont ni polies, ni compétentes et l'une d'entre elle arrogante. Plus jamais je n'irais à ce Bentley et franchement, il devrait y avoir une restructuration du personnel, car sinon cette succursale court à sa perte. Personnellement, être patron, je ferais un gros ménage afin de trouver des personnes agréables pour le service clientèle. En passant j'ai ete servie par Ina.
Worst customer service I have ever received in a store. No responsible person on site. The employees on site are neither polite nor competent and one of them arrogant. I would never go to this Bentley again and frankly there would have to be a staff restructuring, otherwise this branch would be ruined. Personally, being the boss, I would do a lot of cleaning in order to find nice people for customer service. By the way I was served by Ina.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je n'ai pas trouvé ce que j'avais besoin car j'étais pressé mais, la vendeuse était vraiment serviable et patiente avec moi. Je recommande donc ce magasin avec le plus grand des plaisir.
I couldn't find what I needed as I was in a hurry but, the saleswoman was really helpful and patient with me. I therefore recommend this store with the greatest pleasure.

Bentley for some reason had a "back at 2:50" not sure if they went on lunch or something but should hire more employees, not very convenient for customers when your hours show you are open from x time to x time.
