★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just wanted to point out that I have been going to this tanning salon since Nancy has been the owner and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about it. The staff is super welcoming super sweet, Nancy is always smiling making ALL customers feel comfortable and great. Amongst many salons I have tried out, this is the cleanest I have been into. The beds are always clean, rooms are always neat and organized and they have a multipler amount of services that you can do there.
It is always a pleasure to go to La Vie En bronze in both locations, I would never ever change this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for a Spray tan, the service was quick and professional, my tan took 15 min , when you don’t have sun here, or time or beach , this is the way to go! Makes me feel good and my outfit looks better!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The old lady serving me was so judgmental to me right when i walk in. She was probably on her cellphone while serving me too because after i paid it took her a good 2 min to realise i was done paying. I didn’t see if she was on her phone because of the counter but it looked like it. I took 10min in the tanning machine and didn’t looked tan after it too. But honestly the service of the old lady was very not professional at all. First and last time trying this salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a tanning session and I absolutely loved the service I obtained! What a great customer service I got from Jacinthe! (I even asked her for her name) the place is very clean, I loved the machine, I used the Royal sun 160 watts and it is very spacious which is great. Jacinthe took the time to explain the machine to me as well as the customer plans. I did not purchase my 250 minutes with them (that is because I go to another salon and they were closed this day so I need to finish my minutes there first) but I will definitely be coming back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife came out of there crying because the blond lady behind the counter was rude and and racist. The first time we thought the lady was stressed and let it go but the second time around, it was clear that this is a pattern with zero customer service skills, we will not go there again.
The lady seems to get annoyed by any customer who walks in, if she is the owner, her business will certainly suffer and if she is not the owner, I recommend you hire new people or invest in a customer service course for your employees.
A spa is a place to relax and not to come out of there unsatisfied and distressed with the experience.
