Merci Dr Thibault (sans oublier Allyson) !!! On ne m'a pas fait la morale sur l'importance de l'hygiène dentaire et après un bon nettoyage, on m'a réglé les petits problèmes restants avec une efficacité et une douceur rarement rencontrée. Absolutely brilliant ... A New Year's tooth rage. I was called back on the morning of January 4th at 7:30 am and at 9:30 am everything was settled !!! Thank you Dr. Thibault (not to mention Allyson)! I was not given the moral of the importance of dental hygiene and after a good cleaning, I was settled the little remaining problems with efficiency and softness rarely encountered.

Merci à cette Clinique I always have a warm welcome at the reception and what can I say about my Dentist who takes good care of me and manages when I have an emergency to quickly get into his schedule and go with my limited budget. M	Maxime Robinson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J ai perdu une dent accose de leur dentiste, elle voulait faire le traitement de canal elle même, donc elle la fais, après on dit on est sensé rien sentir dans la dent, et bien pas dans moj cas, elle disait c surement la gencive, j ai toffer sa 2 ans, puis un jour j ai commencer a avoir mal dans le nez, une odeur mauvaise est arrivé, elle ma prescrit des anti biotoque, elle ma dit vouloir faire une couronne car je sentais p-e quelque chose accose la dent était peut etre fissuré, j ai dit stop je veux voir un pro, chez le pro, il chargait 300$ de moins que ce qu elle m avait coûter, mais ma tous de suite averti c était une dent a risque et très compliqué et que sa prendrais une photo 3d, j aurais aimer savoir sa avant de faire confiance a cet dentiste qui me la charger plus cher sans me dire c était risqué. Après avoir fais enlever la dent par un autre dentiste en urgence, y ont eut le culot de m apeller pour me demander quand j allais faire ma couronne. Jy ai dit la dent est déja arracher. Quel incompétence. J'ai encore mal au nez a certain moment a ce jour. Merci. Apars sa pour un nettoyage ou carie mineur sa allais bien. Pour le reste, allez ailleurs. I lost a tooth accose of their dentist, she wanted to do the root canal itself, so she do it, after we say it is supposed to feel nothing in the tooth, and well not in my case, she said cemently the gum I have toffer her 2 years, then one day I start having a pain in the nose, a bad smell has arrived, she prescribed me anti biotoque, she said I want to make a crown because I felt pe something fits the tooth could be cracked, I said stop I want to see a pro, at the pro, he charged $ 300 less than what it had cost me, but my immediately warned it was a risky tooth and very complicated and that it would take a 3d photo, I would like to know his before trusting this dentist who charge me more expensive without telling me it was risky. After having the tooth removed by another dentist in emergency, they had the nerve to call me when I was going to make my crown. I said the tooth is already tearing. What incompetence. I still have a bad nose at some point to date. Thank you. Apars his for a cleaning or minor caries his went well. For the rest, go elsewhere.

Elle me propose un rendez-vous le vendredi de cette même semaine, ce qui me convient parfaitement. La clinique me téléphone le lendemain pour me demander si je peux déplacer mon rendez-vous 1 semaine plus tard. Je leur dis que non qu'il est impossible pour moi le 17 février et que je veux conserver mon rendez-vous le 10 février. La réceptionniste m'indique qu'il n'y a pas de problème, c'est que l'hygiéniste dentaire ne serait pas présente cette journée, mais que le dentiste serait en mesure de faire mon nettoyage. On me téléphone de nouveau le lendemain pour me poser la même question et on insiste sur le fait que je dois changer mon rendez-vous, alors que ce sont eux qui m'ont proposé de prendre le 10. On m'explique que soudainement le dentiste a une conférence et qu'il ne serait pas présent et donc que le clinique serait fermé. Pur coïncidence ? J'ai de la difficulté à le croire. Mais bon je trouve bien dommage que mon expérience se soit produit ainsi. En espérant que votre expérience soit mieux et que le dentiste désire vous rencontrer ! I called Monday to make an appointment at this dental clinic. I am a new customer, the receptionist's service is impeccable. She offers me an appointment on Friday of the same week, which suits me perfectly. The clinic calls me the next day to ask if I can move my appointment 1 week later.
