C	Catia Lopes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai adorer mon expérience , chez omega les gens sont professionnel, il ya plusieurs departement pour nous servir, je suis très contente de mon expérience , la nouvelle administration est super professionnel et organisé , j'ai prix le circuit d'examen pour préparation a la saaq , j'ai bien réussir mon examen avec 98%. :P I love my experience, at omega people are professional, there are several departments to serve us, I am very happy with my experience, the new administration is super professional and organized, I have priced the exam circuit for preparation at the saaq, I did well with 98%. : P
A	Ariane Lefebvre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le service à la clientèle manque clairement de profesionnalisme. Heureusement, je fini mes cours sous peu et j'en suis heureuse d'en finir avec cette école. Tout au long de mes cours, on me contactait le vendredi pour me donner un cour le lendemain. Cela a donc pour effet de tout changer mes plans de fin de semaine puisqu'ils n'ont pas d'autres places disponible. De plus, 4h avant un cour le dimanche, ils m'appellent pour me dire qu'il y a eu annulation et que mon cour est déplacé 2h plus tot!! J'ai donc dù bouleversé tout mes plans car ils m'ont bien dit que j'étais obligé de prendre le cour de 16h au lieu de 18h et leur raison était: le prof ne veut pas attendre 2h. Hey c'est pas mon criss de problème si certain élèves annule et que t'es pogné avec un trou. DE PLUS! Depuis le début ils disent qu'ils appelleront pour te donner tes cours mais si tu attend vraiment qu'ils t'appellent, t'aura un cour de planifié par chaque mois et demi. Cela aura prit 1 ans et demi pour COMPLÈTEMENT finir mes cours à cause de leur service de m****!!! Par contre, les professeurs font bien leur travail et ne sont pas inclus dans mon commentaire. Customer service clearly lacks professionalism. Fortunately, I finish my classes shortly and I am happy to finish with this school. Throughout my classes, I was contacted on Friday to give me a court the next day. This has the effect of changing everything my weekend plans since they have no other places available. In addition, 4h before a court on Sunday, they call me to tell me that there was a cancellation and that my court is moved 2h earlier !! So I had to upset all my plans because they told me that I had to take the course of 16h instead of 18h and their reason was: the teacher does not want to wait 2 hours. Hey, it's not my problem crunch if some students cancel and you get hit with a hole. FURTHERMORE! From the beginning they say that they will call to give you your lessons but if you really expect them to call you, you will have a scheduled course every month and a half. It took a year and a half to COMPLETELY finish my classes because of their service! On the other hand, the teachers do their job well and are not included in my comment.

J ai appris les cours de conduit avec mon instructeur très professionnel qui était a lecoute de mes hesitations et de mes défauts enfin de les améliorer, le professeur a été très patient . Très bonne école les bureaux et les salles de cours sont toujours propres. Je recommande fortement cette école ! I start learning the omega longueuil school when I was offered a complete gift certificate on my birthday. I learned driving lessons with my very professional instructor who was listening to my hesitations and my flaws to finally improve them, the teacher was very patient. Very good school offices and classrooms are always clean. I highly recommend this school!

B	Bilal Hassan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello everybody today I have to say something About this School is being more than 13 month but the course going on I wife she’s the student of this is this school more than one year and three times she came here with the schedule and nobody was here even though my wife she was pregnant and I was on my job and we had a very bad time and hard time with this school and with employee One day my wife she was waiting more than half hour and nobody show up and they call the class has been cancelled and two time The teacher came late and I asked if I would have been late would you charge me he said yes but I say oh what about you do he say no charge for me that the rule you signed the people we don’t sign the paper And laughing and today my wife Late because of my new baby 15 minutes and the lady told me there will be no charges with in 15 minutes And my wife she came 17 mint after and they say gonna be charage 35 dollars
