The third receptionist tells me that i was supposedly late in one of my appointments and thats why they cant give me appointments anymore. I don’t remember being late. As soon as they hear a non european name, they ignore the caller and keep transferring me in order to waste my time. They did it on purpose to hurt me. So i called another dentist in Downtown Montréal and got an appointment on the same day. Too bad for them if they refuse free money.
K	Kirsten Reis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't had a cleaning in two years. The last place I went to (back in Coquitlam, BC) did one but it hurt, so when we moved I put this off... The dental hygienist, Carine, did me today and there was no pain! I'm so happy! They also made sure my two year old was entertained and distracted during her exam as well as while I did my cleaning. Carine and the dentist both ensured they explained everything in full, as well as giving me time for questions. It's efficient but not rushed! Really great experience.

I pressed option 9 which was for English, and when I was transferred to the receptionist, she could not speak one word of English. She did not make one attempt to transfer me to someone that could take my call. She kept putting me on hold and coming back and asking me to repeat the same things over and over. She kept asking me for my son's name, I must have spelled his name atleast 5 times to no avail. t became clear she was patronizing me and I ended up having to hang up without getting an appointment. I immediately went on their site to book an appt online and still have not heard back, despite voicing my complaint there. If you have someone doing a receptionist's job, she/he must have some basic working knowledge of English - what about your English customers??! I was very disappointed and shocked by the lack of service I received here and would consider changing clinics if this is not dealt with properly.

Implants, crowns, repairs, cleaning and follow up for husband and I. We both see Dre Yergeau we absolutely love her and trust her with everything. We travel almost 2 hrs ea way and will continue forever. The technicians are very nice and the secretaries as well. I recommend to all . Thank you
J	Jo-z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, the first time I went in 2016 I weighed more than I do now. Now every time I go back my Ortho comments on my weight loss. That's really inappropriate. My ortho was explaining my situation to me, which involved a lot of scary risks and potentially the further distruction of my jaw muscles, and when I began to express my worry, he just raised his voice at me saying he was just informing me. I explained I understood he was just doing his job, but my worried reaction is also valid and it escalated to me storming out crying.

However I ve received a letter stating last chance for being late not showing up to appointment.. From another Dr secretary.. It was a family letter because I had the 0same family name however I don't live a the same address.. When I called this morning to speak to my secretary she told me everything was ok.. She transferred me to the person that sent the letter.. Her answer was since we have the same family name she assumed that he was my conjoint so basically she told me anyone that by having your name as an emergency number you automatically get your name mix up with other people file. I told her that was really insulting to receive such a letter also a lack of professionalism.. To mix patients medical files because you have the same family names.. Instead of apologizing for her lack of judgement for combining both files she treaten to send me a 48 for being late.. Which I replied i wish she would at this point I will place a formal complaint for associating people emergency number on certain files as husband and sending people personal information out. Instead of apologizing for her mistakes she was condensed arrogant and rude... I don't see how this is acceptable..this experience left a very bad taste.. She needs to be trained because obviously she as no idea what she is doing
