After injecting for my daughter they give us one bill to pay all the operation. When I said them that I have insurance for this , they told me , “I must contact to my insurance for estimate this bill”.
I told them your secretary should call them for this matter and they not accepted.
But I don’t know why did un injection whiteout any operation?
I strangely don’t recommend this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t recommend this place and I transferred my family file to somewhere else.
-To make an appointment,they asked me to remove my previous comment, which I mentioned their problem and my bad experience.
-I have gone to other clinics but this clinic was the only one that asked me to pay the full amount and get the difference later from my insurance.
-My 10 years daughter’s teeth filling have been fallen out several times so far,that is not normal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed emergency examination as i had so much pain. The doctor Min Li Zhang was super professional. Very quickly identified the problem and i was out in 30 min - pain released and was able to sleep finally. In 4 days i got my all 4 root canals done in 1,5hour with a filling done as well. Now I am super happy with no pain whatsoever! super professional team: administrators, dental assistants and doctors of course. Will definitely recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had the nicest experience at a dental clinic. I got at the clinic really nervous and I left completely relieved.
The dental hygienist, Mylene, was super nice and gentle while she performed the dental cleaning. Dr. Vivian Kim was very accommodating while she answered all my questions and concerns.
I spoke with two people at the front desk, that were also very professional and kind.
The entire service from the beginning to the end was in English, which I really appreciate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this clinic for a few years, amazing service, clean, friendly, great dentists. I have had a few bad experiences with dentists in the past that left me afraid of dentists. This is the first dentist who has been kind, bilingual, don't pressure me into unnecessary services, and he explains things before hand. I recommend this place to anyone. And about the reviews saying it's so expensive, this is no more expensive then most other dentists. My only complaint would be the parking situation in the winter which really isn't their issue. Best dentists I have been too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come in for a consultation with my dentist about my cracked mouth guard that I wanted to fix. I end up getting a full scan of my teeth for no reason because that's not what I came in for and never got to actually see the dentist. Also, they took my chipped mouth guard and actually broke it! No way I can get it repaired now... The employees were extremely disorganized and you can tell they didnt communicate with each other. This visit was extremely overwhelming for me, I was extremely stressed during my visit and even still when I came back home.
The proof of the quality of service is in the owners comment.
EDIT: They cancelled my account and closed my file with them because of my google review instead of proposing adequate service for me.
