★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Nathalie Girard de la clinique située sur la rue Gentilly à Longueuil : froide, aucune empathie, surcharge des actes posés en utilisant des codes erronés (codes corrigés après que nous l’en ayons informée, mais en maintenant les surcharges). Je considère que ce dentiste fait preuve d’un manque flagrant d’éthique professionnelle.
Les membres de ma famille et moi avons tous un mauvais souvenir de notre rencontre avec Dr Girard.
C’est à la suite du départ du Dr Robert pour raison de santé que nous avons été référés au Dr Girard (du même cabinet). Grande fut notre déception et notre peine de ne pas retrouver chez Dr Girard les qualités humaines et professionnelles que nous avions chez Dr Robert, qui fut notre dentiste familial des 20 dernières années.
Dr. Nathalie Girard from the clinic located on rue Gentilly in Longueuil: cold, no empathy, overloading of the acts performed using incorrect codes (codes corrected after we informed her, but maintaining the overloads). I consider that this dentist demonstrates a flagrant lack of professional ethics.
The members of my family and I all have bad memories of our meeting with Dr. Girard.
It was after Dr. Robert left for health reasons that we were referred to Dr. Girard (from the same office). Great was our disappointment and our pain not to find in Dr. Girard the human and professional qualities that we had in Dr. Robert, who was our family dentist for the past 20 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvais traitements par Dr Simoneau pour ma fille..Encore des douleurs horrible apres 2 semaines suite a un plombage qui selon lui ne nécessitait pas de traitement de canal. Elle etait en douleurs depuis des semaines et aucun anti douleurs ou antibiotiques prescrit ou même conseils donnés.On va aller consulter ailleurs.
Very bad treatment by Dr. Simoneau for my daughter.. Still horrible pain after 2 weeks following a filling which according to him did not require root canal treatment. She had been in pain for weeks and no painkillers or antibiotics prescribed or even advice given. We are going to consult elsewhere.
