★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le service des dentiste est bon , mais la secrétaire Stéphanie ... toute une autre histoire . Je l'avoue , j'ai manquer des rendez-vous . La n'est pas la question . Je comprends le fait de ne plus vouloir faire affaire avec moi comme cliente puisque c'est inconvénient . PAR CONTRE ! PARLER AUX GENS DE CETTE FACON EST INNACCEPTABLE ! son ton jugeant , son aire hautain et son manque se compassion est franchement dégoutant . Peut importe la raison de mon abscence , que se soit par manque de responsabilité , d'organisation ou pour des raisons beaucoup plus personnelles ... PERSONNE NE MÉRITE DE SE FAIRE PARLER DE LA SORTE ! Très mauvaise image pour la firme de dentiste qui sont , autrement , très compétents et flexibles .
The dentist service is good, but the secretary Stephanie...a whole different story. I admit, I missed appointments. That is not the question. I understand the fact of no longer wanting to do business with me as a client since it is inconvenient. HOWEVER ! TALKING TO PEOPLE THIS WAY IS UNACCEPTABLE! his judging tone, his haughty air and his lack of compassion is frankly disgusting. Whatever the reason for my absence, whether for lack of responsibility, organization or for much more personal reasons... NOBODY DESERVES TO BE TALKED ABOUT THIS! Very bad image for the firm of dentists who are otherwise very competent and flexible.
