★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not knowing power was cut off by Hydro, called Longueuil Electrique in a panic. Marin showed up in 15 min on Friday night!!
After checking both the power boxes, he called Hydro and found out my power was cut off. He did not end the call there, he went on for another 40 mins with Hydro to find out why the power was cut off and trying to restore it for me.
He also had hydro to come on following Monday to fix the power line that is melting outside of building for free.
How much did Martin charge me for over an hour he spent on Friday Night? $0. That is right, he did not charge me. If there was 10 star, I would give it to him for the great service he had offered to me. Thank you Martin!

Martin and his crew were called in for an emergency at my parents house where a hydroelectric leading to the house caught fire and fell to the ground. This happened yesterday night after experiencing some freezing rain and they were without power from 10pm on. I called Longueuil electric at 7am the next morning and the dispatcher took my call and sensed the urgency and connected with Martin. He was booked solid but rearranged a few things and came to my parents house by 9:30am. He fixed everything that needed to be fixed and called hydro to ask them to reconnect the power. This company is more than professional, they are caring people and helped my elderly parents overcome a stressful situation. Also they are so reasonably priced and therefore I would not recommend going with someone else if you want the job done right. This is the second time we use them as the first time was for a pool and spa hookup. 100% recommend this company And thank you Martin!
