★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis très surprise des commentaires que je lis sur ce centre de gynécologie. C'était le seul endroit qui pouvait me prendre rapidement et j'y suis allée avec une petite boule au ventre.
A ma grande surprise, tout c'est très très bien passé et je donne 5 étoiles.
Les mesures prises pour la covid-19 sont impeccables. Il y a un sas d'entrée pour se désinfecter les mains et mettre des protections de chaussure pour ne pas salir et contaminer le centre. Une fois le sas passé, on se fait prendre la température et il y a, a notre disposition des chaises désinfectées (une étiquette indique les chaises désinfectées) dans la salle d'attente avec les mesures de distanciation prise en compte. Un employé a tout désinfecté après mon passage dans le sas, la salle d'attente et ma consultation.
La gynécologue a été parfaite avec moi et très rassurante/emphatique.
La secrétaire était également très agréable et dans l'aide!
J'y retournerais et je recommande fortement. A la date du 10 septembre 2020, le service était impeccable!
ps: j'ai été prise en charge 20 minutes après mon heure de RDV
 I am very surprised by the comments I read about this gynecology center. It was the only place that could take me quickly and I went there with a little lump in my stomach.
To my surprise, everything went very very well and I give 5 stars.
The measurements taken for covid-19 are impeccable. There is an entrance airlock to disinfect your hands and put on shoe protections so as not to soil and contaminate the center. Once the airlock has been passed, the temperature is taken and there are disinfected chairs at our disposal (a label indicates the disinfected chairs) in the waiting room with the distancing measures taken into account. An employee disinfected everything after I went through the airlock, the waiting room and my consultation.
The gynecologist was perfect with me and very reassuring / emphatic.
The secretary was also very pleasant and in help!
I would stay there again and highly recommend. As of September 10, 2020, the service was impeccable!
ps: I was taken care of 20 minutes after my meeting time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Johnson vous met vraiment à l'aise. Elle est à l'écoute et rassurante. J'ai beaucoup aimé mon expérience.
En ce qui concerne les mesures sanitaires, c'est très bien organisé. On prend ta température, on s'assure que ton masque respecte les critères et on nous réfère à une chaise désinfectée. Les secrétaires sont très polies et professionnelles.
De plus, je n'ai pas attendu des mois et des mois pour avoir un rdv.
Dr Johnson really makes you feel at ease. She is attentive and reassuring. I really enjoyed my experience.
As far as health measures are concerned, it is very well organized. We take your temperature, make sure your mask meets the criteria and we are referred to a disinfected chair. The secretaries are very polite and professional.
In addition, I did not wait months and months to have an appointment.

I called to ask for an appointment and I had such an unpleasant reception, which took away all my desire to call back. It's a shame because I've seen good opinions on the gynecologist!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les réceptionnistes laissent à désirer...des fois les dames parlent beaucoup trop fort. Les patientes passent rarement à l'heure prévu de leur rendez-vous. Par contre, j'adore Dr. Johnson...à l'écoute, prend le temps de répondre aux questions, prend le temps d'expliquer chaque étape, avant et pendant, une procédure (prélèvements, contraception, etc.). Elle est ma gynéco depuis quelques années maintenant et j'ai toujours été satisfaite. Je recommande.
The receptionists leave something to be desired...sometimes the ladies speak much too loudly. Patients rarely show up on time for their appointment. On the other hand, I love Dr. Johnson...he listens, takes the time to answer questions, takes the time to explain each step, before and during, a procedure (sampling, contraception, etc.). She has been my gynecologist for a few years now and I have always been satisfied. I recommend.

Message spécial pour le Dr Johnson qui est une personne extraordinaire, avec une empathie, une écoute exceptionnelle. Elle rassure, explique, prend le temps, elle respecte le corps de la femme dans toute son approche. C’est rare de pouvoir trouver une médecin aussi incroyable humainement et professionnellement. Quick appointment, secretary available and responsive to needs, good follow-up. Phone appointments are very convenient. Special message for Dr. Johnson who is an extraordinary person, with empathy, exceptional listening. She reassures, explains, takes the time, she respects the woman's body in all her approach.
