★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have nothing against Dr Marcon, but then again I never had a problem that could be misdiagnosed... I hope. BUT I have been calling and calling for an appointment without ever getting through. Their system needs to be updated or someone else hired so that we might get served in a reasonable period of time! After all if she has too many patients she makes more money and therefore should be able to afford it. If I could find another gynecologist I would change in a heartbeat!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a patient for 21 years and have absolutely nothing bad to say about the doctor nor the staff. Everyone has always been nice and trustworthy. Dr. Marcon is professional and personable. The only issue is the waiting time, which has unfortunately been worse than others. Also, location is not the easiest to get to by car. Otherwise, satisfied with the service!

I need to say what is fair. I visited Dr. Marcon recently, the receptionist did a good job. Nice and welcoming.
Dr. Marcon is the sweetest doctor I have ever seen in my life. Happy to find my favorite gyno. She was patient and knowlegable too. I loved her...
By the way, the reviews say the office force you to do expensive tests on site. But that was not true. They did not force anything. They just asked if I want to do it on-site or go to the hospital. They even explain the that hospital (takes a month) is free but in the office is 200 CAD (they can do it now). They gave me freedom and they were very honest about that. I definitely recommend Dr. Marcon because of her knwolege and her attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is impossible to reach them it is other busy or they don't answer. If you leave a message they only return it 4-5 days later. The wait is at least 1.5-2 hours long in the waiting room with appointment. Finally when you see Dr. Marcon she rushes you out because she has lots of patients waiting for her. The reception is very rude you can't ask her questions without a rude respond. She has been working there for years and has always been like that. I am now looking for another gynecologist .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think that the people at the front desk and nurse’s station need to focus more on serving patients instead of gossiping about them behind the wall!!! Also, please stop rolling your eyes when we ask a question and please learn some manners!!! Patients come there to see their doctor! Either for their annual check up or because something might be wrong, which probably makes them nervous, and as a result, they might ask questions that you don’t have the answer to. Rolling your eyes and being rude to them does not help and it is extremely disrespectful!!! Also, please refrain from SLAMMING the phone after leaving a message with a patient. I have never ever seen this kind of disrespectful behaviour. Dr. Marcon is an excellent doctor and very polite and respectful. I am very surprised that she allows her staff to behave that way with her patients. We, the patients, are the reason that they have a job!!! So please try to leave the attitude on the side!!!

I have only had positive experiences there with both the front desk and the Dr. Herself who is very pleasant and personable. I just had a follow up last week and would recommend this doctor . My mother was also a patient at this clinic.
