Y are very busy. So I took the time and went to the appointment. The guy came and told me he will call me with the quotation and he never did... I don't know what to say ..LAZY OR INCOMPETENT... it seems their time is more important than mine anday be my job is not too big for them.... WASTED MY TIME ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Body Shop...my insurance recommended I go there for a rear end collision and they did an absolute amazing job. I can not tell i was ever in an accident. Took a bit more time then expected but that's entirely not their fault, especially since they had to deal with my insurance. They did provide me with a courtesy car so i was not bothered by the wait at all. washed my car and returned it to me is A-1 condition.
A few months ago i used them again for a collision to my front fender that i paid for myself...they used Genuine Honda parts and costed me less than what other body shops were quoting for the same work...also gave me a courtesy car again at no extra charge...Fantastic service, i could not be any happier

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought the car in for a paint job on the trunk to which they did a good job BUT the wiper of the rear window was damaged and I know for a fact that it was not since I use it all the time and when he was looking at the initial paint problem so he can give me the estimate it was in perfect condition. He did finally pay for the damage but after complaining and at the end I ended up installing it myself since they would charge me for that too.
Happy but not happy ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service, had a hit and run on my Golf R, amazing work for the repairs. Then I asked to have my car hood repainted due to scratches, and again amazing job and amazing how they remembered my name and all from a year. You dont get customer service like this any where and thank you all for bringing my Golf R back to life!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My repair started rusting after 2 years, so I had them repaint it and was even worse the second time. Started to rust only after a year. The rest of my truck has no rust just the repaired area. Colour was off the second time and had many fine scratches on my truck when it was returned. Terrible work and poor quality.
