Particularly unnecessary customer service. Lack of courtesy. Certain specifications given verbally for products were incorrect or inaccurate.

Nous avions aussi besoin d'un BBQ et le vendeur nous a recommandé un qui fume les viandes car mon mari est chasseur et il cherchait un fumoir. Nous sommes satisfaits de nos achats.
We bought a fireplace at this store last winter and the seller gave us great advice on how to make the right choice. We also needed a BBQ and the vendor recommended one that smokes meats as my husband is a hunter and he was looking for a smokehouse. We are satisfied with our purchases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toutes ces belles revues doivent être des contacts de ce magasin. Horrible expérience, aucun service, mauvaise installation, même pas un balais pour nettoyer leurs dégâts. Un mois plus tard, le foyer ne fonctionne plus et on ne se montre pas malgré plusieurs appels. N'achetez rien d'eux car vous serez laissés à vous mêmes! Mise à jour... Après 2 semaines d'attente et de nombreux appels sans réponse, un réparateur est finalement venu. A suivre si ce sera enfin réglé. Trois jours plus tard le même problème... on recommece à attendre pour un service. Si on pourrait mettre zéro étoiles ça ne décrirait pas ce fiasco. De grâce, allez ailleurs et évitez ce piège!
All these beautiful magazines must be contacts of this store. Horrible experience, no service, bad installation, not even a broom to clean up their mess. A month later, the home does not work anymore and we do not show up despite several calls. Do not buy anything from them because you will be left to yourself! Update ... After 2 weeks of waiting and many unanswered calls, a repairer finally came. To follow if it will be finally settled. Three days later the same problem ... we start waiting for a service. If we could put zero stars it would not describe this fiasco. Please go elsewhere and avoid this trap!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased two new propane inserts for our home and we are very {very!} happy. The prices were at the lower end of the spectrum (and we got several quotes from other dealers}. The presale service was excellent and the installation was quick, clean and professional. I will be recommending Foyers Futuristes to friends and family.
