Aujourd’hui, le 18 janvier 2019, nous venons de la recevoir après plusieurs problèmes de fabrication (portes vitrées non conformes à la demande d’origine, absence de communication, fabrication des fenêtres sans rapport avec le meuble de fond, problème de pentures, porte brisée etc.
Aujourd’hui, l’armoire est complétée mais la couleur des portes (deux fois reproduites) n’est pas la même que le reste du meuble.
Incroyable mais vrai.
Nous ne recommanderons jamais cette entreprise.

Sadly inefficient. Glazed kitchen cabinet ordered in May 2018.
Today, January 18, 2019, we have just received it after several manufacturing problems (glass doors not complying with the original request, lack of communication, manufacturing of windows unrelated to the back cabinet, problem with hinges, broken door etc.
Today, the wardrobe is completed but the color of the doors (twice reproduced) is not the same as the rest of the furniture.
Incredible but true.
We will never recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons fait bâtir notre maison il y a 4 ans 1/2 par un contracteur qui faisait affaire avec cette compagnie et soudain, nos tiroirs de cuisine commencent à être plus dur à ouvrir et semblaient se défaire. J’appelle pour que quelqu’un vienne vérifier. Je laisse 2 messages Aucun retour d’appel…. 6 appels plus tard en plus des courriels avec petits vidéo…je parle avec la designer qui me dit que quelqu’un va me rappeler d’ici 2 semaines toujours rien…. Flat liner! Je les rappelle…. Je parle avec une autre personne qui me dit qu’ils sont très occupés et que le covid n’a pas aider, je lui dit que ça fait presque 2 ans que je les appelle pour du service….toujours rien…..Soudain 2 semaines après on me contacte pour me dire que quelqu’un viendra le vendredi entre 8 et 11. Mon conjoint attend attend attend …. Mais fidèles à eux mêmes…. Personne ne se présente et en plus personne ne nous contacte pour remettre le RV… mon conjoint a enlevé les tiroirs pour s’apercevoir que le tiroir ne tenait que par 2 vis de chaques cotés. . J’ai travaillé 20 ans dans le service à la clientèle et JAMAIS j’ai ignoré un client de cette façon….
C’est vraiment une mauvaise représentation pour une compagnie familiale, je suis déçu et je ne crois pas référer cette entreprise malheureusement.
We had our house built 4 1/2 years ago by a contractor who did business with this company and suddenly our kitchen drawers began to be harder to open and seemed to come undone. I'm calling for someone to come check it out. I leave 2 messages No return call…. 6 calls later in addition to emails with small videos…I speak with the designer who tells me that someone will call me back in 2 weeks still nothing…. Flatliner! I remember them... I speak with another person who tells me that they are very busy and that the covid has not helped, I tell him that I have been calling them for almost 2 years for service….still nothing…..Suddenly 2 weeks later I am contacted to tell me that someone will come on Friday between 8 and 11. My spouse is waiting waiting waiting…. But true to themselves... No one shows up and no one contacts us to put the RV back on… my spouse removed the drawers to find that the drawer was only held together by 2 screws on each side. . I worked 20 years in customer service and NEVER ignored a customer this way….
It's really a bad representation for a family company, I'm disappointed and I don't think I'm referring this company unfortunately.
