★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you run out of oil and call them they will promise to deliver it the same day LOL yea keep dreaming put your jacket on if its cold cause you aint gonna get your delivery
We have two kids we waiting for our oil to be delivered as promised, had to leave our home to go to our parents cause it was just to cold without heating now both kids are sick thank you Charbonneau we really appreciate you leaving in the cold good job and nice service but its all good we believe in karma what goes around comes around

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely poor service and attitude. Found out its kids who owns the company, no respect for customers as its their generation way to make business. I asked them to give me an estimate on a chimney repair, never followed up and my 10 days was up for my insurance. Told them to come and pick up their tank and refused but filled it up anyway, now threaten me to pay for something i didn't want for the past year. Very close to extortion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called for an emergency delivery after Ultramar did not deliver on time and were rude and unhelpful when we followed up. Delivery was made within 24 hours! They under promised and over delivered. A few cents more a litre, but I'd rather give my business to a family run company that has awesome customer service and genuinely cares!!!
