 Super good service from Stéphanie and several choices of fireplace. Very nice choice and there is even a custom option.

Impossibilité de magasiner les pièces de rechange; les prix semblent être fixés à la tête du client. N'allez pas croire non plus qu'ils pratiquent de meilleurs prix qu'ailleurs sur leurs autres produits.
Service lent et arrogant tant envers les clients que leurs détaillants. Je ne comprends pas leur politique commerçante.
P.S. L'avis de Andre-Nicolas Poupart ne vaut pas grand chose car il est au moins de la famille d'un employé d'Éco-Feu, sinon un intervenant direct.
Supplier and retailer. Refusal to sell spare parts to other retailers when contacted directly. Warning! Can not shop spare parts; the prices seem to be set at the customer's head. Do not believe that they are priced better than elsewhere on their other products.
Slow and arrogant service to both customers and their retailers. I do not understand their trading policy.
P.S. Andre-Nicolas Poupart's opinion is not worth much because he is at least a member of the family of a Éco-Feu employee, if not a direct speaker.

Fast fast fast delivery to Ontario, ordered 16 3.78L bottles of ethanol Friday, they were delivered Monday! Great communication, highly recommend Eco Feu!
